The apartment is highly recommended, cozy, well-equipped, and kept very clean. Everything is easily reachable on foot, and the beach is actually only about 80-100 m away. A parking space in the underground garage would be great, but for those who are good on foot, the 500 m to the parking lot is no problem.

The apartment is highly recommended, close to the Baltic Sea beach, very centrally located, lots of forest around, beautiful bike paths, hiking, everything is possible. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment: All together a very good. One single request, a bike rack outside at the entrance.

Tastefully furnished holiday apartment. 1st floor, accessible by elevator, but also reachable by a few steps through the stairwell. Very clean and tidy. Nice flooring, very good room layout. Great balcony for staying, rain-protected. We traveled with 4 people. More than enough space available. 2 bedrooms with full-sized beds! Super close to the beach. Walking time about 2 minutes. To the center (spa park, pier) max 5 min. Despite Ostseeallee, quiet location "at the back."

The apartment is centrally located and very close to the beach. What is a bit annoying is that you can only use the associated underground parking for loading and unloading. It is extremely tight, and maneuvering in it is an art. The entrance is very steep.

The apartment is very centrally located. One can reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished. There is enough storage space for clothes. Kitchen utensils are plentiful on site. The only downside is that there is no parking space for the apartment and one has to walk 800 m to the large parking lot and back for shopping.

Actually, a very good accommodation overall, but there are two weak points: 1. Parking is 800m away and the parking garage also has partly tight parking spaces and a narrow exit, as you cannot drive straight out. 2. The Wi-Fi is hardly ever available, but you have to deal with that.

The only downside of this apartment is that from October to April, I have to use a paid public parking spot on the street. But be careful, always make sure to get a new ticket on time. The regulatory office is faster than an ambulance on site, and suddenly the parking fee of 6 euros turns into a fine of 35 euros. In the other season, you then get assigned a large parking lot 800 meters away. Nevertheless, I can only recommend the apartment and Boltenhagen in general. I have been here in Boltenhagen for the 37th time in the last 30 years, in different houses, and I always enjoy it again. You will be thrilled as well.

Enough space, which is always important to us. The central location is optimal. I can enjoy my vacation here, with tranquility, highlights, shopping, beach days, good food, delicious fish sandwiches, or original Thuringian sausages. In the overall assessment, I unfortunately cannot give the full score, as it is a downside that the apartment does not have a parking space. The walk to the parking lot is simply too far for elderly people with disabilities. We would not rent this apartment again. However, the staff in the administration was exceptionally friendly; they immediately recognized our situation and had an alternative solution that helped us very much. As a result, we were able to park the car in the underground garage, where really good driving skills are required due to the incredible tightness of the parking spaces. However, we had a great time in the lovely apartment, which is really very nice, in a good location.
