This vacation was, as always, very great with you. It’s already the 6th time, and it was great again. Despite the circumstances this year, we felt very comfortable with you again. Service, as always, polite and accommodating. Thanks to everyone on your team, and we are already looking forward to next year when we will spend our vacation with you again. Stay healthy and see you next year. Best regards, Marina and Detlef Hassler

The parking spaces in the underground garage are way too narrow; since the apartment is for two people, you don't need 20 wine glasses, but it would be nice if there were more than four water glasses. A small mat in front of the shower would be great in the bathroom.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Everything is great.

We would go back to this apartment anytime, the location is simply super central. We have already recommended the apartment to friends, who have booked with you for the end of September. Do you also have larger apartments? With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or 1 bathroom and an additional guest toilet? Please send any brochures.

Very good...I will recommend this accommodation.

We had nothing to complain about, can only recommend it further.

Beautiful vacation apartment in a central location directly at the long sandy beach of Boltenhagen. The equipment of the vacation apartment was good. Parking space in the underground garage available. Elevator in the building.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

1. Toilet flush weak 2. Living room light strip flickered

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been in this very beautiful facility for 4 years and feel very comfortable and are happy to come back.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

It is a well-maintained apartment for two people; I would have wished for a bit more dishes, so I had to run the dishwasher every day. The apartment was located on a thoroughfare, which was somewhat disturbing at night with the window open due to late returners. But, despite that, a nice apartment where I would also vacation again.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Very nice, well-equipped holiday apartment. The location is optimal...a few meters to the beach and to the center. We felt very comfortable again. Unfortunately, the parking garage is very, very tight. We would love to come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We had no complaints about the apartment, completely fine for the price. Especially nice is the proximity to the beach, to the restaurants, and to the pier.

The apartment Seebach 18 pleased us very much. We would gladly come back and will recommend you.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The holiday apartment is highly recommended. It is very bright, spacious, and practical, and has a large balcony. It is well suited for 2 people. Especially nice is the quiet yet central location. The beach is only 80 m away. We spent a wonderful week there.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Great apartment, super furnished. I can only recommend it further. Regards, Helmut and Bärbel Warendorf

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been there for the 12th time and can only recommend it further. Staff friendly, apartment clean and nicely furnished. Really great.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We are regular guests and are happy to return.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Apartment in a prime location. Very centrally located. Since this year, new living room furniture in Scandinavian style that matches the kitchen furniture well. We felt completely comfortable.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Again and again gladly.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very cozy accommodation. Located very centrally.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The property and the apartment are okay. The location is also ideal. We were there for the 3rd time now.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful spacious and soundproof apartment on the 1st floor. When using the underground garage: cramped entrance and exit, tight parking spaces for mid-sized cars.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Super location Well equipped and very clean

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The garage entrance and exit is a bit narrow.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very central. The furnishings are somewhat outdated. However, it didn't bother us. It was super clean and tidy. That's the main thing for us. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a disaster. The underground garage is very tight with the parking spaces. One has to make sure that the cars are not too big. Good parking skills are an advantage.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

A beautiful residential complex in a very good location near the Baltic Sea, the promenade, and the town center. We were there for the second time this year.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We are coming back!!!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very centrally located to the promenade, beach, and shopping. Well equipped, everything is available. The dining area could be a bit larger; it's very tight with 4 people. The underground parking spaces are quite tight for a larger car, but I would still rent the apartment again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a great vacation. Everything is perfect. The staff is very nice, the accommodation is clean and great, and if there are any problems, help is provided immediately.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very nice holiday apartment with a large balcony in a prime location.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were in Boltenhagen for the 10th time and have always booked through Nordic. We stayed in the Seebach complex for the 3rd time now and have already booked again for next year. The location is particularly great. Before that, we were in the Godewind houses because the proximity to the riding stable and the climbing park played an important role for our children during the vacation.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The parking space is very tight. And it has to be parked in reverse.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Absolutely recommended. We have already been several times in different apartments of Villa Seebach and have always felt very comfortable.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The location of the apartment is excellent, apart from the view of the neighboring building. The apartment not only offers all the generally common amenities but is also accessible by an elevator through the stairwell.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

A beautiful, cozy apartment in a good, central location.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were very satisfied again and can only recommend this accommodation and the entire team from Nordic. Everything was clean and friendly, all prerequisites for a great vacation were met.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Everything is great, especially suitable for families.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been going to Boltenhagen in the summer for years and have always booked with Nordic, again for next summer as well.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very nice apartment in the best location. Would be happy to return.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very peacefully located, plenty of greenery around. The best part: just a few steps to the promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach! Wake-up call by the seagulls guaranteed!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Clean - spacious - Everything you need is there - good location

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Great accommodation - super furnished

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were in the apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable. You are right in the middle of the action, yet it is very quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The garage space is very tight.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Again and again, gladly.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Overall a good average apartment in a prime location. However, there is far too little cutlery and dishes available for 4 people. The mattresses in the bedroom are very firm, but better than being saggy. Our expectations were met.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The garage parking space could be wider. The whole underground garage is narrow. The Wi-Fi has frequent outages. Otherwise, everything is okay. We'll definitely come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were satisfied with everything around us.

Everything great

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything necessary for a relaxing vacation is in good condition. We felt very comfortable as two people. The only point of criticism, which does not concern the apartment itself, is the very narrow underground garage and the bicycle cellar filled with old bicycles.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Completely recovered. Entrance 8 at Mathes Heese and the unique Villa Seebach. Comfortably furnished and so solid yet beautiful. Very nice and completely uncomplicated rental and support, plus the underground garage. Wonderful.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We really enjoyed the vacation apartment. It is just a few steps from the beach and also very close to the pier and the spa park. The furnishing of the apartment is appealing.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A very nice holiday apartment, great location, and well-equipped.
