Beautiful vacation apartment in a central location directly at the long sandy beach of Boltenhagen. The equipment of the vacation apartment was good. Parking space in the underground garage available. Elevator in the building.

It is a well-maintained apartment for two people; I would have wished for a bit more dishes, so I had to run the dishwasher every day. The apartment was located on a thoroughfare, which was somewhat disturbing at night with the window open due to late returners. But, despite that, a nice apartment where I would also vacation again.

The holiday apartment is highly recommended. It is very bright, spacious, and practical, and has a large balcony. It is well suited for 2 people. Especially nice is the quiet yet central location. The beach is only 80 m away. We spent a wonderful week there.

The apartment is very central. The furnishings are somewhat outdated. However, it didn't bother us. It was super clean and tidy. That's the main thing for us. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a disaster. The underground garage is very tight with the parking spaces. One has to make sure that the cars are not too big. Good parking skills are an advantage.

The apartment is very centrally located to the promenade, beach, and shopping. Well equipped, everything is available. The dining area could be a bit larger; it's very tight with 4 people. The underground parking spaces are quite tight for a larger car, but I would still rent the apartment again.

We were in Boltenhagen for the 10th time and have always booked through Nordic. We stayed in the Seebach complex for the 3rd time now and have already booked again for next year. The location is particularly great. Before that, we were in the Godewind houses because the proximity to the riding stable and the climbing park played an important role for our children during the vacation.

Overall a good average apartment in a prime location. However, there is far too little cutlery and dishes available for 4 people. The mattresses in the bedroom are very firm, but better than being saggy. Our expectations were met.

The garage parking space could be wider. The whole underground garage is narrow. The Wi-Fi has frequent outages. Otherwise, everything is okay. We'll definitely come back.

The parking spaces in the underground garage are way too narrow; since the apartment is for two people, you don’t need 20 wine glasses, but it would be nice to have more than four drinking glasses. A small mat in front of the shower would be great in the bathroom.

The only point of criticism, which does not concern the apartment itself, is the very narrow underground garage and the bicycle cellar filled with old bicycles.

Completely recovered. Entrance 8 at Mathes Heese and the unique Villa Seebach. Comfortably furnished and so solid yet beautiful. Very nice and completely uncomplicated rental and support, plus the underground garage. Wonderful.
