A sunshade would be nice, but otherwise everything is great.

The apartment is very centrally located, just a few meters from the super clean beach. Shopping options and many restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The furnishings of the apartment are good, and there is a large covered balcony. A few pictures that match the area in the apartment would complete the whole thing. All in all, a very pleasant stay in the apartment and Boltenhagen. We will definitely come back.

Kitchen utensils should be of higher quality; it can't be that everything burns every time I cook!!! And I am really a very good cook...

The apartment is centrally located. Living and sleeping in a quiet area is excellent. Breakfast on the balcony is simply genius. The garage is a bit tight, but it's manageable. The apartment can be recommended. We will definitely come back again.

Everything is great, but the mattresses are slowly reaching their limits again!

Very beautiful and always gladly....

central location near the beach, good amenities, reasonable price, clean and tidy, recommended

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

In this beachside, spacious apartment, one can only feel comfortable. The stylish kitchen also invites you to cook for yourself. Breakfast on the generous balcony is simply great. Wi-Fi, underground parking, a large, bright bathroom, and other amenities make the stay pleasant. All in all, highly recommended.

We have always been satisfied with the apartment and the furnishings. The short distances to the beach are very good. Everything is okay.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Once again, I am very satisfied. A clean and well-furnished apartment. The beautiful balcony is highly recommended.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

I am impressed by the cleanliness of this apartment. I have rarely seen such a clean apartment. Great location, good amenities. I would have liked a cutting board, but that was the only thing I missed. Very nice reception at the office.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Pictures in the apartment would be nice!

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

In the area, more could be offered. We were unlucky with the weather. However, I would like to book again.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The apartment is very well located to the center and also for shopping. What was not so good is that the Wi-Fi was not consistent and kept losing connection.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! Friendly staff and a very nice apartment.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

I can only recommend this accommodation and would choose this villa again on a future visit.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is very close to the beach, shopping, the pier, shopping, and so on, and still quiet! We can only recommend it.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The accommodation was great and we enjoyed the feeling of "living by the Baltic Sea." Despite the bad weather, Boltenhagen and the surrounding area offer many opportunities. We will spend our next vacation there again!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We had a relaxing vacation. The apartment was okay and is sufficient in size and amenities. The bed (did squeak a bit) and sofa bed (the seating area was a bit saggy) could be renewed at some point.

3,3 3.3 3.3 3.3 3.3 3.3

If you live like us not on the street side, you are in the middle of greenery. The accommodation is very clean, the couch was in need of repair, and a few new pots wouldn't hurt either. The underground garage is very tightly built, especially the parking spaces. Otherwise, we would gladly recommend the accommodation.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

As always great, everything is fine, only the mattresses need to be replaced.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We would do it again if the apartment had a small separate room (one falls asleep earlier than the other). The apartment has a lot of light, breakfast on the balcony (1/3 of the apartments don't have that!)! No parking worries because of the underground garage! Close to the center, the white Wiek, and the steep coast at the same distance. Of course, without children, because there's not enough space. But for couples: top.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The location of the apartment is good. The kitchen could be better equipped. The price-performance ratio is okay.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Price and performance are in agreement. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to return next year. Best regards, Mr. and Mrs. Haßler

Golden Wedding in Boltenhagen Villa Seebach, and the rain hardly disturbed us... We had everything, rain, picnic, hiking, mini-golf, "Golden Polterabend" dance and music from the "Little Country Gentlemen" band. Then there was a nightcap in Villa Seebach and two relaxing nights in our rooms Mussel, Albatross, Dinghy, Beach Chair, Coral, and I've forgotten the last name with my little gray cells. When we were outside, the rain cleared up, which of course didn't bother us. In the morning, there was champagne for breakfast at a beautifully set table and many golden wedding surprises. Everything had a purpose and delighted both the givers and the recipients, as everything was connected to experiences. After a little shopping and mini-golf, a horse-drawn carriage was waiting for us 12 people. The coachman gave us an engaging lecture and willingly answered all the questions asked. Anton and Paul, that was the name of the horses, brought us back to the golden wedding dinner on time. There was still time for the moving. Again, an appealing table was festively set. So that everyone had their hands free for eating, the gifts were handed over to the Golden Couple, and the musician accompanied his songs wonderfully discreetly again. He also knew a German song, and we could listen to his pleasant voice and sing along softly. Simply wonderful. After the meal, the gifts were unwrapped, and many texts were read aloud, and stories from back then were recounted. Much reached the hearts and tears of joy flowed. The two youngest grandchildren had once asked if grandmas and grandpas also have sex. That’s why grandpa told the funny stories when he carried grandma over the threshold. The last time at the ruby wedding also in Villa Seebach. We will come with you when you carry grandma over the threshold, said the youngest granddaughter. But you do that alone, Grandpa said, and eventually, fatigue set in... Everyone had left, and Grandpa grabbed Grandma at the door and carried her over the threshold. Then they closed the door and heard: "He did it! I saw it! Grandpa carried Grandma over the threshold." Will Grandpa's strength still be enough at the diamond wedding? We'll read that then. Greetings from Hamburg, Helga and Herbert Jerrentrup Sr.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The holiday apartment was just right for us (2 people). Almost everything was fine, if you don't necessarily need a separate bedroom. However, from our perspective, a very significant drawback is that the apartment cannot be darkened (which is why we only gave one star for the equipment rating). It may be nice for some to be woken up (kissed) by the sun before five in the morning, but there are also people who do not like that.

The apartment is in a great location, very central. The amenities are generally good. A sunshade is missing for the very spacious balcony. An electric grill would also be nice.

I have already recommended the accommodation further.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Great apartment with ideal location (not on the street side; a short walk through the garden and you're already on the middle promenade). ==> HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We can highly recommend apartment number 17. Only a bath mat was missing, as there are no bath rugs. And perhaps hanging blackout curtains in the apartment, as there is nothing available for darkening. Otherwise, the apartment is very well-equipped, with more than enough dishes available. However, the underground parking space is not easy, as the spaces are very narrow, but this is certainly due to the fact that cars have all become a bit wider since the building was constructed. The location is excellent; you reach the beach in just under 4 minutes, the shops are also in immediate proximity, and the promenades can be reached in 3-4 minutes. We would book there again at any time. The service from the rental agency was very nice as well. We even received an email saying that the apartment was clean earlier, so we didn't have to stay in the area since we arrived before 4 PM. All in all, it was a very nice stay there.

A great vacation in a very modern and well-equipped apartment. Arrive and feel comfortable right away. We will definitely come back!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very nice spacious 1-room apartment with a covered east balcony (sun for breakfast, shade from around 2:00 PM). It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach (access point No. 8) and to the town center (baker). Unfortunately, the EDEKA market in the town center is no longer available, and there are no other options in the town center for small purchases, making shopping on foot (about 1000m) cumbersome. For us, this was a quality loss for the town in general, but we would still like to come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Great holiday apartment, will definitely come back again.

I was really sad to have to leave this beautiful holiday apartment. Very cozy yet spacious. The apartment is just like shown in the pictures. The bathroom and kitchen are generous and bright, and there is nothing missing in the kitchen utensils. Very modern white dishes, which I personally like a lot. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large wardrobe and a big bed. The mattresses could be a bit harder, but that is a matter of taste. The TV corner is modern and cozy, the furniture is made of solid wood, no plastic. The balcony is large and wind-protected, the street is faintly audible but not disturbing. The beach, the town center, and the bakery are basically around the corner. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, especially during the Corona period, you can move in here with a clear conscience. Arrival/reception was as always very good and straightforward. I was even notified as soon as the apartment was available.

We have always been satisfied with the apartment and the furnishings. The short distances to the beach are very good. Everything is okay.

I am very satisfied this time as well. A clean and well-furnished apartment. The beautiful balcony is highly recommended.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

A parking space in the underground garage is included (very important in Boltenhagen), but the spaces are very narrow; the entrance height is also limited. The balcony is on the street-facing side and very well usable. The furnishings in pine/spruce seem outdated. Conclusion: We would rent the apartment again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very nice bright small apartment, cozy and clean with a beautiful balcony. We are already guests for the 2nd time and will definitely come back gladly.
