The apartment is centrally located. Living and sleeping in a quiet area is excellent. Breakfast on the balcony is simply genius. The garage is a bit tight, but it's manageable. The apartment can be recommended. We will definitely come back again.

In this beachside, spacious apartment, one can only feel comfortable. The stylish kitchen also invites you to cook for yourself. Breakfast on the generous balcony is simply great. If you live like us not on the street side, you are in the middle of greenery. The accommodation is very clean, the couch was in need of repair, and a few new pots wouldn't hurt either. The underground garage is very tightly built, especially the parking spaces. Otherwise, we would gladly recommend the accommodation.

We would do it again if the apartment had a small separate room (one falls asleep earlier than the other). The apartment has a lot of light, breakfast on the balcony (1/3 of the apartments don't have that!)! No parking worries because of the underground garage! Close to the center, the white Wiek, and the steep coast at the same distance. Of course, without children, because there's not enough space. But for couples: top.

Golden Wedding in Boltenhagen Villa Seebach, and the rain hardly disturbed us... We had everything, rain, picnic, hiking, mini-golf, "Golden Polterabend" dance and music from the "Little Country Gentlemen" band. Then there was a nightcap in Villa Seebach and two relaxing nights in our rooms Mussel, Albatross, Dinghy, Beach Chair, Coral, and I've forgotten the last name with my little gray cells. When we were outside, the rain cleared up, which of course didn't bother us. In the morning, there was champagne for breakfast at a beautifully set table and many golden wedding surprises. Everything had a purpose and delighted both the givers and the recipients, as everything was connected to experiences. After a little shopping and mini-golf, a horse-drawn carriage was waiting for us 12 people. The coachman gave us an engaging lecture and willingly answered all the questions asked. Anton and Paul, that was the name of the horses, brought us back to the golden wedding dinner on time. There was still time for the moving. Again, an appealing table was festively set. So that everyone had their hands free for eating, the gifts were handed over to the Golden Couple, and the musician accompanied his songs wonderfully discreetly again. He also knew a German song, and we could listen to his pleasant voice and sing along softly. Simply wonderful. After the meal, the gifts were unwrapped, and many texts were read aloud, and stories from back then were recounted. Much reached the hearts and tears of joy flowed. The two youngest grandchildren had once asked if grandmas and grandpas also have sex. That’s why grandpa told the funny stories when he carried grandma over the threshold. The last time at the ruby wedding also in Villa Seebach. We will come with you when you carry grandma over the threshold, said the youngest granddaughter. But you do that alone, Grandpa said, and eventually, fatigue set in... Everyone had left, and Grandpa grabbed Grandma at the door and carried her over the threshold. Then they closed the door and heard: "He did it! I saw it! Grandpa carried Grandma over the threshold." Will Grandpa's strength still be enough at the diamond wedding? We'll read that then. The holiday apartment was just right for us (2 people). Almost everything was fine, if you don't necessarily need a separate bedroom. However, from our perspective, a very significant drawback is that the apartment cannot be darkened (which is why we only gave one star for the equipment rating). It may be nice for some to be woken up (kissed) by the sun before five in the morning, but there are also people who do not like that.

We can highly recommend apartment number 17. Only a bath mat was missing, as there are no bath rugs. And perhaps hanging blackout curtains in the apartment, as there is nothing available for darkening. Otherwise, the apartment is very well-equipped, with more than enough dishes available. However, the underground parking space is not easy, as the spaces are very narrow, but this is certainly due to the fact that cars have all become a bit wider since the building was constructed. The location is excellent; you reach the beach in just under 4 minutes, the shops are also in immediate proximity, and the promenades can be reached in 3-4 minutes. We would book there again at any time. The service from the rental agency was very nice as well. We even received an email saying that the apartment was clean earlier, so we didn't have to stay in the area since we arrived before 4 PM. All in all, it was a very nice stay there.

Very nice spacious 1-room apartment with a covered east balcony (sun for breakfast, shade from around 2:00 PM). It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach (access point No. 8) and to the town center (baker). Unfortunately, the EDEKA market in the town center is no longer available, and there are no other options in the town center for small purchases, making shopping on foot (about 1000m) cumbersome. For us, this was a quality loss for the town in general, but we would still like to come back.

I was really sad to have to leave this beautiful holiday apartment. Very cozy yet spacious. The apartment is just like shown in the pictures. The bathroom and kitchen are generous and bright, and there is nothing missing in the kitchen utensils. Very modern white dishes, which I personally like a lot. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large wardrobe and a big bed. The mattresses could be a bit harder, but that is a matter of taste. The TV corner is modern and cozy, the furniture is made of solid wood, no plastic. The balcony is large and wind-protected, the street is faintly audible but not disturbing. The beach, the town center, and the bakery are basically around the corner. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, especially during the Corona period, you can move in here with a clear conscience. Arrival/reception was as always very good and straightforward. I was even notified as soon as the apartment was available.
