It is a beautiful residential complex, very well-maintained and clean. The waste separation is in need of improvement, only cardboard and residual waste, the green dot and organic waste were completely missing.

The apartment matched the pictures that were seen online. We were not disappointed. We were satisfied with the apartment. The well-insulated windows meant we hardly heard anything from the street traffic. Short distances to the central promenade. All shops and cafes were easily accessible. The price-performance ratio was fine.

The apartment was clean, modernly furnished, and optimally located near the beach and shopping facilities. Minor repairs were needed but did not lead to any significant inconveniences. The frosted glass doors in all rooms took some getting used to, as did the terrace facing the street. Despite these small flaws, it was a lovely home.

The apartment is very nice and ideally located, but it is somewhat noisy due to traffic until the early evening hours. Everything is very easily accessible on foot. What is not so well designed is the terrace with the very tall hedge around it. One feels a bit trapped.

The holiday apartment is ideally located on Ostseeallee in a multi-family house. From here, all shops and localities can be reached in just a few steps. The apartment itself is sufficient for 2 people and well furnished. In the bedroom, there is a second television. The small terrace invites you to linger in nice weather. The house has an underground garage where you can park your vehicle and also store (brought along) bicycles.

Dear Nordic Team, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was super centrally located and right on the beach. The apartment was very clean and the price/performance ratio was absolutely right. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was a bit too hard (but that is probably a matter of taste). It would be nice if you could add a hairdryer to the basic equipment (otherwise, the amenities really leave nothing to be desired :)) And it would be quite nice to have Wi-Fi access in the apartment (but one can also spend a weekend talking to each other ;-)) The weekend was great, the staff very friendly, and we would come back anytime and recommend the apartment! ! ! :)))

The apartment is well-equipped, very clean, sufficiently large, and almost ideal for a dog. It is quite central, very close to the beach, and not far from the bakery, etc. Unfortunately, it is located directly on a main road, and anyone who wants to sleep with the window open has a problem there.

Arrival very flexible, nice welcome, apartment clean and very well furnished. With a dog very good on the ground floor and small terrace, this facing the street which did not bother us. My daughter and I with a small dog would rent this apartment again anytime.

We have been coming to apartment 4 in Hanse Haus for 3 years! The location is great and the apartment is top-notch. Close to the beach, clean, and very well equipped. Always in top condition! In the 3 years, there has always been something new (new dishwasher, new mattresses, etc.). Great care is taken to ensure everything is in order (unfortunately, that's not the case everywhere...). We keep coming back. The underground garage is practical, just a few meters to the beach, the terrace is beautiful! We are already looking forward to our next stay. The apartment Hanse Haus Wohnung 04 is our 2nd home, arrive and feel comfortable!

However, in summer, we would not like the very small terrace, surrounded by tall bushes/cedars, especially since it is directly facing the main thoroughfare.

We spent 12 relaxing days in this beautifully and modernly furnished apartment. We took over the apartment very clean. Everything was available, even a filter coffee machine and a Sensomatic machine. The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower and enough cabinets to store everything well. On the small terrace, we were able to enjoy the sun. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The apartment is indeed located on the main road, but it didn't bother us. At night we could sleep with the window open, as hardly any cars drove by. A big thank you to the nice and friendly staff from Nordic and to the cleaning personnel! The only thing missing is a drying rack. If we go to Boltenhagen again (our favorite place on the beautiful Baltic Sea), then only this apartment!

The apartment is equipped with everything one needs. The furnishings are bright and friendly and also clean. The stairwell and underground garage, as well as the green areas around the house, are well-maintained. The blackout option in the bedroom could be optimized, and a shelf in the shower would also be nice. We felt comfortable and would gladly come back. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located near the beach and promenade, and the underground parking space makes it comfortable. Those who are used to peace and quiet and like to sleep with the window open might find the street noise disturbing, but one may have to make compromises for the location. The apartment has everything needed; it is not new but has been somewhat modernized. The furnishings are average (Ikea level), and overall I would describe the price/performance ratio as just adequate. Otherwise, it was very clean and tidy.

Always in excellent condition! Over the 3 years, there have always been new updates (new dishwasher, new mattresses, etc.). Great care is taken to ensure everything is in order (which, unfortunately, is not the case everywhere...). We will come back again and again. The underground garage is convenient, just a few meters to the beach, and the terrace is beautiful! We are already looking forward to our next stay. The apartment was extremely clean - that was really great for me as an allergy sufferer! The location is super central, but it is also right on the main street and it was difficult to sleep with the window open! The proximity to Ostseeallee with heavy traffic partially causes noise disturbances. In contrast, the distance to the beach is excellent. The gastronomy is also easily accessible. The washroom is being converted into a bike cellar, and hanging laundry is not possible.
