For the price in the off-season, we had expected more. The sea view described on the internet was either blocked by trees or the dunes. In our opinion, the apartment was very "worn out." The furniture was worn in one place or another. Despite the relatively new couch and the really lovely decoration in the apartment, we did not feel a real sense of comfort. However, the dishes and cooking utensils were in very good condition and plentiful. However, not so suitable for a young family with a toddler.

We were out a lot with the bikes and there is still much to explore, we will come back. The only thing we noticed was that the windows were cleaned streakily. But that's complaining at a high level. Top vacation apartment, great location, Boltenhagen is worth a trip.

The apartment is close to the beach, offering a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, the pier, and Poel. The furnishings of the apartment are fine. From Boltenhagen, you can start very nice bike tours into the surrounding area, and you should also visit Lübeck, Wismar, and Schwerin. :)

The apartment was perfect. The location was hard to beat. After 10 days, we reluctantly drove home. The only disadvantage we noticed was that the parking spaces in the parking garage are very small. What a luck that we have a small car. We would love to come back.

Although it is on the road (hardly trafficked), the location is okay. Just across the street and you are at the beach. If you don't expect a special standard, the apartment is okay. If you want to self-cater, you should bring some kitchen utensils yourself.

The apartment or building is located directly by the water, and the center is within walking distance, even for those with walking difficulties, reachable in about 10-15 minutes via the wooden plank path. It’s great that the path is separate for cyclists and pedestrians, so they don't interfere with each other. There are various dining and retail businesses in close proximity, and although the building is near the street, it is relatively quiet in the evenings and at night. Unfortunately, the building has no elevator, but there are ground-floor apartments that are well-suited for disabled individuals. The furnishings and the lovingly decorated apartment leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very clean and tidy.

The apartment is large, clean, and tastefully furnished. In the bedroom, there are even neck pillows in the closet, and the kitchenette is equipped with everything one might need. From the terrace, which can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room, there is a beautiful view of the pier. The beach is only 50 meters away, and the town center is easily reachable on foot. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby (Aldi, Markant, KIK, Tedi).

Very nicely located apartment on the ground floor and sufficiently large for 2 people. Good location with a view of the Baltic Sea, and the spa center is also easily accessible for those with mobility impairments. We felt very comfortable. The only drawback is the parking space in the underground garage, which is too narrow and could only be used by parking in reverse and with assistance.

Although the apartment is on the ground floor, we could look over the Baltic Sea to the pier and watch the sunrise. The direct access to the underground garage was optimal given the icy temperatures, and the ramp was in perfect condition despite the ice and snow. The apartment had everything we needed; there was even a pin for the soft-boiled egg. However, I missed an egg cooker or perhaps I just didn't find it. I would have liked a bit more storage space for dry foods and an additional socket for the kitchen unit. But those are minor details and didn't ruin our stay over the Christmas holidays! For apartment No. 5, one should be aware that pets are allowed. There were living blankets full of pet hair and also partially on the couch. We have no pets and found that somewhat unpleasant.

The seating arrangement is sagging. The toilet flush needs to be repaired, and the hand wash basin needs to be replaced. The center supports under the bed should be renewed. The radio has no reception. Otherwise, it's great.
