Overall, it was a very nice and well-maintained facility. The apartment was super equipped and the Wi-Fi had a very good and fast connection; however, with three people, the Wi-Fi password should also be given out three times, and unfortunately, there was only one roll of toilet paper and one almost empty kitchen roll. Having one reserve of each would be desirable, as it actually forces you to go shopping on the arrival day (Saturday). Unfortunately, I was not informed upon arrival that the apartment keys could also be dropped in the office mailbox upon departure, which meant we could only leave at 9:00 AM (office hours). We would have liked to leave a bit earlier (traffic jam on the highway).

The holiday apartment is clean, tidy, and modernly furnished. The path to the beach is so short that it is not worth mentioning. Everything is great, only the separation of waste has not yet been established; a circumstance that I have to point out again and again since our first holiday in Boltenhagen 10 years ago. Differently colored waste containers and the possibility to separate plastic waste (yellow bag) from the rest of the waste are missing here.

The holiday apartment is located at an optimal distance from the beach. Starting from the cleanliness to the existing furniture, we can complain. The apartment is very modernly furnished. It is worth mentioning that the children's travel bed and high chair are included (such a standard is rarely found). From the balcony, we could see the sea. All in all, we can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

The apartment pleased us very much, the furnishings are good - except for the somewhat cheap pans and pots - and the way to the beach is really optimal. The apartment is optimally designed for its size, so it could be well used by three people.

The apartment pleased us very much. It has charm and is very spacious and well-equipped. Upon entering the apartment, one feels as if coming to a second home. Furthermore, we were happy that after long walks in the cold and wind, we arrived in a well-heated apartment. The side view of the Baltic Sea was okay; however, we had almost all-day sunshine on the balcony from time to time. We were completely satisfied all around and felt very comfortable. One wish from our side would be to establish a loading zone in front of the house; hauling luggage to the parking lot is very tedious and even more unpleasant in rain and wind. This was not my first stay in Boltenhagen, but I had never had such a great accommodation! Super location, quiet, but everything is also easily accessible on foot. The furnishings and equipment of the apartment are with love for detail, you just have to feel good! Compliments to the owners! Possibly consider the option to also make card payments at the reception? On my next stay in Boltenhagen, I would book this apartment again!

Unfortunately, Boltenhagen has changed a lot. In some restaurants, we were treated very unfriendly. But I cannot understand that the shops close at 6:00 PM. It was unfortunately not possible to just have a drink, only if we also ordered food. Beach chairs from €8.90 to €15.00 per day, we have never experienced that. I don't think we will come back. The price-performance ratio was not satisfactory for me. The kitchen is outdated. Woodchip wallpaper everywhere, which was attempted to be beautified with wall stickers.

The apartment is located directly on the beach, is well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Restaurants and supermarkets are very easily reachable on foot in about 10-15 minutes.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen on a waterfront road. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Boltenhagen center. Well-maintained apartment and facility. Large enough for four adults. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment. Many thanks to the landlords and the NORDIC team.

In the meantime, we are already "Nordic guests" for the third time and are very satisfied again this year. The view of the Baltic Sea in the early morning hours is simply indescribably beautiful. The apartment was cozy and clean. Nothing was missing, so we felt very comfortable again. However, we would like to point out two things. First, apartment No. 7 is not very suitable for tall people, as the beds have a fixed foot end, which prevents stretching out. Secondly, we had problems with the Wi-Fi again, just like the year before. However, since we have found out that fiber optic cables are already being laid in and around Boltenhagen, these problems should no longer exist. We will definitely come back next year and will definitely rent a "Nordic apartment."

We were in Boltenhagen for 5 days in December 2014 with 4 friends. We were looking for a nice, cozy, and modern vacation apartment, and we found just that. The apartment is very clean, bright, and lovingly decorated. Once the decision on who would go to the "red" bedroom and who to the "green" bedroom was made, each of us could take possession of our own small wardrobe. The balcony offers a side view of the Baltic Sea and is furnished with proper furniture, not simple plastic chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped and was extensively used by us. We lacked nothing. Due to the late season, we stayed in the apartment early in the evening and felt very comfortable there. If we take a break in Boltenhagen again, it will definitely be in this apartment! We, m57 w54, were in the holiday apartment for a week in April. Although we have spent our vacations in holiday apartments for over 30 years, we had never had such an apartment! It is tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with many amenities. I was impressed by the huge cooking pot for the obligatory spaghetti. We felt very comfortable and were able to make ourselves cozy on the sofa in the evenings. The rocking chair by the window with a view of the sea was also lovely. We will definitely come to Boltenhagen again and with a hundred percent certainty return to this apartment. Praise and thanks to the owners.

The mattresses were as hard as boards. Very difficult to get used to. A restful sleep was not possible for us.
