Everything is great in this apartment. Clean and well-equipped. The location is also super close to the beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants. I was not aware that the sauna and fitness area are located in the neighboring building. It's a bit inconvenient since you have to walk through the courtyard. But this area is also very clean and large. Although it is in the basement, there is no basement atmosphere. The apartment does not have a hairdryer and no oven, just for your information.

First of all, the apartment is nicely furnished and quietly located, yet you can quickly get to the bakery or the beach. The two large televisions with good picture quality were also a positive aspect. I liked that the apartment is very bright and has a view of nature on the Haff side. The parking space directly in front of the door is easy to access (which I have experienced quite differently before). I was greeted warmly at the office. The mattress was already a bit worn out and should be replaced in my opinion. I would have liked to use the microwave, but I couldn't find a manual and the thing is not as easy to operate as, for example, mine at home; after a few failed attempts, I gave up. Unfortunately, there is only one wardrobe in the living room, which I did not like at all and which I also did not understand, as there is definitely still space in the bedroom for at least a 2-door wardrobe.

We have one wish: a new umbrella stand on the balcony would be great, as it no longer works properly and the umbrella wobbles and stands crookedly. But that's complaining at a high level.

We were in the apartment for 5 days in May 2018. The apartment was very well maintained and in great condition. It is very cozy and modernly furnished. The two balconies are excellent, with sun from morning to evening, as long as it shines. The apartment is very quiet and located close to the center and the beach. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The apartment offers plenty of storage space. But as already mentioned, there are also small deficiencies. The apartment has no oven, but it does have a small, very complicated microwave. Otherwise, the kitchen has everything needed for daily use (plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, etc.). An oven would be great, and there are also no cushions for the loungers, and the lamp in the bedroom hangs very low over the bed. Perhaps a ceiling spotlight would be more functional here. The bed is positioned right in the walkway and the door of the bedroom. Maybe one should consider placing the bed and the TV exactly the other way around. Moreover, it would be great if, since one is already paying €60 for the final cleaning, the wonderful decorative pieces in the bathroom were dusted and the limescale stains and dark spots in the shower were removed. But all in all, a great apartment, and those who are not bothered by climbing stairs to the attic can spend a wonderful vacation here.

For 2 people, this vacation apartment is ideal. We felt at home, a very tastefully modern apartment with high-quality furnishings. Only an oven would be desirable. The sauna in the basement is absolutely recommended, heats up very quickly. The gym is well equipped, the machines are new and in very good condition. For me, it would be perfect if there was also a TRX strap/suspension trainer available.

We were thrilled with the apartment and the location. Everything in the apartment was well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and regarding the dishes in the kitchen, everything we needed for two people was available. The 2 balconies are of course great. This way, you can enjoy morning and evening sun. Minor issues that were perhaps not quite okay were reported to Nordic, and they immediately promised us a solution in a very uncomplicated manner. We will not recommend the apartment, as we would like to go back there anytime ourselves ;-)

We were three (two adults and a toddler). The apartment had an optimal size! It is very nicely furnished, and the child's bed fit perfectly in the bedroom. Additionally, the bedroom facing the lagoon could be completely sealed off with a roller blind. Here and there, it could have been a bit cleaner, but those were small things. Since a vacuum cleaner belonged to the apartment, we vacuumed and that was it. The two balconies are great! We felt very comfortable.

We have been booking this apartment for several years and love the quiet location by the lagoon, while also being close to the center and the beach. The furnishings are tastefully modern. The house is not noisy at all, which is always important to us. The only downside is that the sofa could be replaced. With a blanket on it, it was more comfortable. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is simply class. The decor is modern, harmonious, cozy, pure feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is perfect. It was our second stay in apartment 50. If we come to Boltenhagen again, it will be back to "50". Regarding the overall package, we say: the Haffblick complex is very appealing, well-maintained, and clean.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment; the location and cleanliness are impeccable, and the view to the north and south from the balcony delighted us every day. The photos also live up to their promise; the condition of the furnishings is very good. What bothered us was the smell of the pillows from rancid goose down. After two nights, we put the pillows in the storage cupboard. Luckily, we had brought our own two small ones. Kitchen utensils were somewhat sparse. A peeler was missing, there were too few cereal bowls, no large salad bowl (we bought a large plastic bowl and left it behind). A few additional plates (large and small) would also be good. Especially since the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, which basically needs to be turned on after every second meal at the latest.

This apartment is recommended because the pictures from the internet correspond to reality. It is tastefully furnished and in line with today's standards, and above all, clean. No stains on posters, on the walls, etc. I also find it important to have clean and new mattresses/beds, toilet seat, newly tiled bathroom, new dishes, etc. The owner has invested well in the apartment. IKEA is perfectly fine and very nice. I hope that the guests appreciate it accordingly and treat it with care, so that others can continue to enjoy it and have a good vacation. They are always there for the customer in case of problems and find satisfactory solutions competently. Now here is my review; we have stayed in this apartment for the second time. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the middle of Boltenhagen, yet very quiet. The equipment is excellent, except for the coffee spoons, unfortunately too few, but that's the same in other vacation rentals as well. We had a total of 12 wonderful days. Again and again, gladly.

It is a very rare bird because there are too few intact wetlands in Germany... so be patient and enjoy living near such a beautiful nature reserve ;)

Super beautiful apartment and top equipment. Located at the very top and has 2 balconies... what a luxury. We mostly used the one with a view of the Haff meadows. At the end of July, it was unfortunately already so crowded in Boltenhagen that you have to line up at restaurants to get a table. Unfortunately, a reservation is possible in very few places. But with the beautiful apartment, it was no problem to take a pizza and enjoy it on one of the balconies, and then end the evening with a cocktail from the Baltic Sea Lounge by the beach.
