Great apartment in a super location, I didn't drive my car for a week. Downside: it smelled unpleasant in the bathroom (shower drain, toilet???), so I could only tolerate it with intense scented sticks. The toilet flush had little "power," and the water ran for a very long time afterward.

The apartment was well equipped. It was clean and well-maintained. The only thing that was a bit scarce was coffee mugs.

We were two people with a dog in this apartment. It is located in the center of Boltenhagen and is still very quiet. The bed in the bedroom is a bit narrow at 160 cm wide, but it was okay. Nice balcony where you can enjoy the sun almost all day. Shopping options are reachable in two minutes on foot, larger grocery stores (Aldi, Markant) are reachable in 8-10 minutes on foot. On almost every floor, there are washing machines and dryers, which can be obtained from Nordic. The free-to-use fitness room (great equipment) and the paid sauna area (sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin) are highly recommended. For 20 minutes in the sauna, you pay 1,- EURO. Tip: the warming-up time of the sauna does not take as long as described there. Each apartment comes with a parking space, and you can easily store your own bicycles in the bike shed. For dog owners, the beach towards Tarnewitz is recommended! The team from Nordic was always nice and helpful. All in all, a recommendable facility at a top price. We will definitely come back again!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed our time very much. The complex is very beautiful and we had a nice view of the lagoon. Unfortunately, we could hardly enjoy the balcony as it was mostly very windy. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and we missed nothing. The beds could be a bit wider, but you get used to that too. We would like to sincerely thank the Nordic team and especially the owner for the new pillows received upon request. We would be happy to return.

A very nice apartment that is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A big compliment to the cleaning team. The apartment was spotless... One star deduction for the balcony. It is very large and furnished with very nice furniture, but personally, I miss the privacy as it is overlooked by all the other balconies. A privacy screen would be nice. Best regards, M. Vogel

Somewhat hidden, yet so central and very quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Each apartment has its own parking space. The building does not have an elevator. The sofa bed should be replaced, as it is quite worn out for an adult with a child.

Very nice holiday apartment that is located slightly behind the main street, making it quiet, and yet you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes. Everything you need is nearby. The only downside is that the mattresses are very uncomfortable. However, this may be quite subjective. For this reason, and because the cleaning that took place before us was not up to our standards, we are deducting one star. The apartment itself, as mentioned, was very pleasing to us.

Very well equipped, you don't have to think of anything (a small package with dish soap, cloths, and tabs is handed over when you pick up the keys: This is perfect, as there are no old, musty cloths lying around). Absolutely recommendable.
