We would like a second toilet, as one toilet for six people can lead to waiting times. What we cannot understand at all is that there is no waste separation at Nordic. Most people are used to separating waste into yellow bins and residual waste at home. The yellow bins can also be seen in other places on the streets of Boltenhagen. Therefore, the reason cannot be the disposal. With the high amount of waste in the holiday villages, waste separation must be necessary and also possible.

We were very satisfied. On the balcony, there was a parasol stand, but unfortunately no parasol anywhere. Everything was top clean!

More bike racks would be beneficial; otherwise, everything was perfect. Would love to come again.

This apartment is highly recommended; I myself would always want to live there again. We would gladly recommend it to our friends. What must be mentioned at this point is the excellent, friendly, and helpful support from their agency. We arrived on 09. 09. 2016 without accommodation; searching for a room was more difficult than expected, with no available accommodations until we turned to their agency and experienced true willingness to help. We are already planning the next vacation and will definitely have an apartment arranged through the Nordic Agency again. Best regards, the Herrmann family.

We have been here several times now. The apartment is super suitable both for our 3 children and for a vacation with friends. 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, bright [&] friendly, large balcony, parking space in front of the door, just everything you need, located at the end of a very quiet street. On the short walk to the beach, you can quickly grab a roll at "Fischer un sin Fru"... We are already looking forward to the next vacation in Boltenhagen - certainly again in this beautiful apartment.

We particularly enjoyed the tranquility, even though almost all the houses around were rented out. The friendliness of the Nordic staff did us good.

We had a great beach vacation and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is nicely furnished and is in a good location. It certainly wasn't our last vacation in Boltenhagen!

The vacation rental is conveniently located and also set back, so it only takes a few minutes to get to the beach as well as to the center/pier. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, overall a nice facility.

The property is located at the entrance to Boltenhagen. Aldi and Markant are very close by. We found a very nicely furnished and clean apartment and had a nice and relaxing vacation at the Baltic Sea! The bakery at the registration has - we think - quite expensive prices (1.20 euros for a pretzel stick - at home it’s 75 cents). But you don’t have to get anything there. Wi-Fi disconnects when too many people are surfing. Whether there is another solution for this remains to be seen. We need to clarify with the provider. There were a few spider webs in the apartment that could still be removed... We missed a laundry basket with a few clothespins and found one drying rack for 6 people to be insufficient. There is only 1 washing machine + 1 dryer for 8 apartments - we also consider that to be too few. Perhaps a new cucumber slicer... the one that is available unfortunately doesn't work at all :-( The vacuum cleaner's floor nozzle should be replaced as it no longer lifts. But we had already communicated this at the time of departure. An alternative to the bike cellar would be great (a shed or similar). Most of our bikes stood in front of the lower apartments or at the basement entrance. Unfortunately, the entrance is a bit steep and thus impractical for children, older people, etc. We found the mattresses a bit too soft - however, that is a personal preference. There is no blackout in the upstairs area - the left room with the skylight only has a roller blind, but since it gets light at around half-past four, it didn't help much. In the right room, there is only a curtain. Something should be considered here... a roller blind or a blackout pleat (like in the house opposite). It is said that there are about 250m to the beach. We think it is at least 500m, probably a bit more. But it is still a short way :-) Unfortunately, we forgot to return the coffee machine and the kettle to their place. Sorry.
