The apartment is very centrally located and offers relaxing hours in a quiet environment as part of a holiday village. The beach, town center, playground, and bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space. The amenities leave little to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are also available. We really enjoyed it. We would love to come back.

We had already been in several apartments of the complex, everything was very clean as always and the service was good too. However, the beach section 1 was very unkempt this year and we did not like it at all, I mentioned it to one of their employees and it was said that we should express our opinion at the tourist office, the response was not very good.

The seat cushions for the garden furniture are stored in the basement, which was not known, and therefore they smelled damp. Location of the holiday apartment at the end of Boltenhagen but 5-10 minutes walking distance to the center. Beach access 1 (next to the dog beach) dirty at the water, a lot of algae and stones. Beach access 3, on the other hand, has crystal clear water and you can see down to the bottom. Water everywhere is very shallow. Back to the holiday apartment... very modernly furnished (almost like at home). There is plenty of dishware available except for the small spoons. There is even children's plastic cutlery for toddlers. We didn't have a broom, but we did have a vacuum cleaner. The shower had a "leak" at the bottom of the shower tray. A metal staircase runs along the holiday apartment that belongs to the apartment above. This is, however, right next to the bedroom; if there is no consideration from the upper tenants, the stairs will naturally be trampled up and down, and you can hear that in the bedroom. The bedroom has a fly screen in front of the window, and there are also external blinds in the living room, electric!

The parking spaces could be a bit wider, as they are very narrow for someone with a mobility impairment. The internet, which you have to log into again and again, is very annoying.

Beautifully furnished apartment near the beach. The service, however, was improvable for almost €100 per night. In 5 days, they did not manage to replace a broken halogen bulb in the bedside lamp. Reading was unfortunately impossible. Additionally, the internet is not up to date. One had to constantly re-enter the access data, which was cumbersome and annoying. Other amenities of the apartment are of good quality.

We really liked the apartment, especially the modern floor and wall design as well as the tasteful decoration. The kitchen had sufficient equipment. We were looking forward to a cozy, warm apartment after our "winter excursions." There was a deduction for the pillows, which we did not find particularly comfortable, and for the non-functioning extractor hood. We would love to come back!

Problem-free, friendly check-in. Upon entering the apartment 5/1, a wow feeling. It would look similar to our home. A lot of love for detail. Kitchenette has everything. Cleanliness top-notch. There was also nothing missing in the garden. Comfortable furniture, great beach chair. A small downside, but complaining at a high level: the limited space to the wall when getting out. We felt very!!!!!!!! comfortable during the 14 days and look forward to the next time.
