The location of the holiday village is somewhat outside. Due to the many residential units occupied by children and dogs, there is a certain unrest.

When cleaning the apartment, also check behind the couch (found toys), cobwebs on the ceiling. Shower corners need a thorough cleaning again. I think the cleaning company needs to be better monitored here!!! Otherwise, we were 100% very satisfied. Keep it up!!!

We felt very comfortable, everything was pleasant and clean, good location. Just two points of criticism: the sofa bed needs to be renewed and the shower partition in the bathroom was leaking. We had a very nice vacation, as the weather was great too.

The holiday home had a state-of-the-art facility. One felt very comfortable. Like at home. A microwave would be recommended. Otherwise, we missed nothing. We gladly recommend it. A small tip: Beach 3 is great. Beach 1 is not so good because of the dog beach next to it.

The holiday apartment is very beautiful and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. We were in the apartment for the second time. Everything was very, very clean when we arrived, nicely decorated. One small suggestion: it would be advisable to wash out the inside of the wardrobes, as there was some sand found in the wardrobes. The mattresses were very worn out. It would be nice if they could be replaced. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment was beautifully furnished. The terrace was quite large and even equipped with a beach chair. The parking space right in front of the door, it couldn't be better. Unfortunately, the 250 m to the beach were probably indicated as the crow flies. As a disabled person who wanted to go to the beach by wheelchair, it wasn't so easy. The road from there to the beach was unfortunately not wheelchair-friendly. But from the apartment, everything was great.

We have rented this apartment for the 4th or 5th time. There is nothing to criticize about the apartment and the location. However, the signs of use in the apartment have become quite noticeable. The cleanliness upon takeover at the beginning of the vacation left much to be desired this year. In the bathroom, especially the toilet and shower, one could scrape off dirty residue with their fingers - that was very unpleasant. We then disinfected everything first. On the terrace - remnants of trash from our predecessors. Zigarette butts on the pavement and bottle caps. Paper and candle remnants in the hedges. Dirt and cobwebs everywhere on the terrace. It should be noted that we found this condition for the first time. We resolved it and still had a nice vacation, as always. We will of course come back - we are already planning. I assume that everything will be okay again then. Nevertheless, always recommendable. In the meantime, we come every year with 5-6 couples.

Since we visited Boltenhagen in the off-season, we were able to use this beautiful apartment for an unbeatable price for a relaxing weekend. Everything was clean and tidy. The furnishings were great and modern. The only downside was the mattresses, which unfortunately were a bit saggy and would have caused back pain during a longer stay. Nevertheless, I would come back and recommend this apartment (possibly with new mattresses)!

Great location, very quiet, well-maintained garden with a very spacious beach chair. Apartment well-equipped, but some small essentials are missing for a longer stay. Very comfortable sofa bed. 5 minutes on foot to the beach and fresh fish. Buns reachable in 2 minutes on foot. We had a great vacation, excellent weather, and we would love to come back next year.

The apartment is really good and the location is really great. The Wi-Fi only works well in the apartment. Unfortunately, nothing works on the terrace. Only one device can be connected to the Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. Another plus is the bread roll cart at the reception.

There was nothing for us to complain about regarding the apartment. Those who prefer a quieter environment should rent an apartment on the upper floor. Water and sliding noises were very loud. Mattresses clean but very firm.

The apartment has a beautiful, modern decor and plenty of amenities. The kitchen was almost fully equipped. As criticized in many reviews, the sofa had sagging seats, making it uncomfortable to sit. In the bathroom, the shower partition was leaking in several places, so despite cleaning up, the bathroom was always uncomfortably damp.

The apartment is reasonably equipped and offers space for two people. Unfortunately, the sofa was defective, making it impossible to sit in some places due to a very deep "seat depression." The terrace is large, and there is a good beach chair and good terrace furniture available. The location is good and close to the beach.
