A few small things could complete the kitchen, but otherwise it is a nice apartment in a good location - perfect for a small or large vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The holiday apartment is adequately sized for 6 people. The furnishings, kitchen appliances, and dishes/cutlery are sufficient and very appealing. The description states "separate WC," which particularly pleased us as a group. Unfortunately, the WC has no window and is located behind the wash/shower area, so it is not usable when someone is there. Probably not an issue for a family!? Some board games are available. We can highly recommend this apartment!

Accommodation was okay - cleaning could be improved - lipstick on the glasses in the cupboard is unnecessary. Dust bunnies under the bed are also not acceptable. The table on the balcony is too large - there is no space left to sit. In previous years, there were daily cultural offerings in the spa park in Boltenhagen in the evenings. That no longer exists at all. During our nearly two weeks, we were able to experience a singer who performed at a moderate volume. Otherwise, "dead air" was the order of the day in Boltenhagen. This has made Boltenhagen very unattractive for us - and our young generation. We will probably not come back.

Booking, picking up and dropping off the keys worked completely problem-free and easily. The apartment is great, everything is there that you need for a nice vacation. The beds are very comfortable!

The apartment is cozily furnished, clean, and has everything you need. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as to shopping. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city.

The holiday resort is nestled in greenery, making it feel less sterile. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away. Shopping options are also reachable in this time. The apartment is practically furnished. The description "bathroom and separate toilet" is misleading. The toilet is integrated into the bathroom but separated by a door. We thought there were 2 toilets, which would be appropriate given the size of the apartment.

We were now in the apartment for the third time. It is very tastefully decorated, always clean, and all appliances are always in like-new condition. When we had a question, the caretaker came within 10 minutes on a Sunday, and all our questions were answered. Thank you until 2020.

The location is good, the beds (at least the one I slept in) creaked with every movement. The mattress was too soft for me, but it was okay. (It's a matter of opinion; some like it this way, others prefer it differently.) The bathroom itself was spacious and well-equipped, but the separate room with the toilet was very small. The kitchen is completely sufficient. The house itself is very noisy. All in all, a good mix.

We generally felt comfortable. However, all of us (including the children) found the mattresses and pillows to be uncomfortable.

Hello everyone, the vacation apartment was generally fine. A separate toilet would have been good. Also, it would have been nice if the towels and bed linens weren't just carelessly thrown in the corner. Either make all the beds or at least distribute them on the beds. What bothered me was the parking availability for a second car. A solution should be found for that. Using the parking lot across from Aldi is not the solution, especially since there are additional costs of 6.00 euros per day.

Good equipment with many useful details and utensils. Very clean and well-maintained. The apartment seems to have been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished. The beds all have a high foot end and are therefore somewhat uncomfortable for tall people. The balcony is located on the main path, which is unfortunately heavily trafficked, and every car creates a huge cloud of dust.

A beautiful family facility with a 10-minute walk to the beach. In the spa park, there is a lot going on in the evenings, and if one needs more peace and quiet, it is relaxed in the facility.

Very nice accommodation, the beach and shopping options are within walking distance and can be reached quickly. I can only recommend it further.
