Beautiful and well-equipped apartment, close to the center, very clean and new beds/mattresses, nice kitchen with extensive equipment, two bathrooms, underground parking space, elevator in the building. We felt completely comfortable. We stayed in the off-season for 4 nights (2 adults, 2 children) with very low occupancy of the house. Therefore, we cannot evaluate the living situation at full occupancy. Check-in and check-out are quick and "unbureaucratic." Great!

We have now been in this apartment for the second time and were thrilled again. Everything you need is available. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean. There are no signs of wear anywhere. The beds and mattresses are clean and not sagging. The covered balconies are perfectly oriented to the south. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We are coming back in August and are already looking forward to it.

Very nice, well-equipped, bright holiday apartment over 2 floors in the center. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly decorated apartment. I liked that the kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and pots. The beach is just 1 minute away.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The drying rack that was missing at the beginning was brought by the caretaker on the same day. The accessibility and service from Nordic GmbH are really great. Otherwise, we only noticed the soft mattresses and that predominantly feather pillows are available. It would be nice if there were more pillows with a different filling to choose from. But otherwise, a super nice apartment with good amenities.

The very beautiful and very well-equipped vacation apartment leaves nothing to be desired, simply a place to feel good. The underground parking space and elevator are welcome amenities. Even though we were traveling without children/grandchildren, the child-friendly equipment stands out very pleasantly, and therefore the apartment is recommended for families. The proximity to the beach, the town center, and all shopping opportunities was perfect. The support from Nordic worked excellently.

Hello friendly apartment, however, the very difficult (very narrow) spiral staircase to the upper floor is hardly manageable with luggage. The bedrooms (upper floor) and the large bathroom are okay, although the very narrow entry into the shower, as well as the spiral staircase, is not suitable for the "slightly thicker" individuals. Be sure to read the apartment description on the internet carefully before booking. The furnishings of the apartment, including the kitchenette, were okay. The location of the house on the main street (Ostseeallee) is still quiet. The proximity to the beach, shopping options, and restaurants is very pleasant. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Recommended and would definitely book with Nordic again! ! !

The apartment is perfectly located near the beach and city center. The kitchen has everything you need. We found the layout in the children's room great. Better blackout options would be nice in the bedrooms. There are enough closets to store everything. We were disturbed by the mattresses in the parents' bedroom, as they are unfortunately lower than the bed frame, which is very uncomfortable when getting in and out. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms is very narrow, not recommended for older tenants. We found the 2 bathrooms with a shower each great, however, the entry into the upper shower is very tight. The couch in the living room is now very worn and should be replaced. We would book the apartment again.

We booked 10 days in beautiful Boltenhagen and felt very comfortable in the apartment right away. In our opinion, there's nothing missing! Great furnishings and especially very child-friendly... We were lucky that the apartment was still available for longer and extended our stay by two days... Thank you, we would love to come back...

Very good location and only a few minutes to the sea. Very spacious apartment and very well equipped with a TV. What was great is that there are two shower bathrooms. A smaller one on the lower level and a larger one on the upper level.

Perfectly equipped for a short or even longer vacation! The spiral staircase to the upper floor is a bit narrow, but if you're good on your feet, it's no problem at all.

As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs and the upper shower are very narrow. Difficult for slightly heavier or physically limited individuals, but the shower downstairs is sufficiently large, and one gets used to the stairs after a short time. The rest of the apartment definitely makes up for the two "little problems."

Well-equipped, large apartment in a good, though not entirely quiet location, as the balconies and windows face the Ostseeallee, which is a local thoroughfare. Stronger construction activity in the neighborhood can also be expected soon. Upon our arrival, the balconies were not cleaned, and the dishwasher door was defective (safety hazard especially for children). Otherwise recommended.

The central location is very good! Short walk to the beach, shopping, or the pier. The apartment faces the street. Covered terraces are great! The apartment is very spacious. TV in every room! The underground garage is accessible with a bike trailer without any problems!
