The apartment has just been freshly renovated and tastefully newly furnished. You will find everything you need on-site. Those who want to cook themselves should bring a sharp knife :-) Only in the bathroom at the shower (shower cubicle leaking) should be improved a little, but we already mentioned that during the mediation. The holiday apartment has a terrace that is not hidden behind hedges, which we found very pleasant as it was very bright. However, anyone who prefers to have breakfast/sunbathe in peace and without being observed is in the wrong place, as the terrace is directly visible from the path to the promenade! We would book this holiday apartment again at any time, as we felt very comfortable with our 5-month-old baby. Anyone traveling with a baby should know that the bedroom is quite small and setting up a travel cot next to the parents' bed is not possible (the foot end works). The child also cannot sleep in the middle between the parents, as the mattresses are very movable and push apart strongly. We also felt that the bed was not "normally" wide. One should also have an extra blanket in the luggage, as the sofa is nicely yellow :-) and made of fabric.

I was in this apartment for the first time with my 8-year-old grandson. He wanted to move in right away. The ground floor apartment is located at the outer end in the garden area, is bright, spacious, and well-equipped. Additionally, the distance to the beach and the central avenue with shops and restaurants is short. The parking spaces in the underground garage are large, but the bike cellar is, as everywhere, too small. We would choose you again for our next visit.

As a die-hard Ikea fan :), I felt very comfortable right away, as nearly all the furniture came from Ikea. Everything was very clean and cozy. (and I am very critical, as I am a cleaner myself). As a non-smoker, I found it very pleasant that no smoke from the balcony or neighboring apartment disturbed me. The underground garage with storage options for bicycles was also great. (even though the separate storage room was already full). The elevator in the building was very practical as well. Yes, I can recommend this apartment.

We felt completely comfortable and lacked nothing. The location is unbeatable. Everything is within a few minutes' walk. Centrally located but quiet. At least now in the off-season, it was very quiet in the house. No searching for parking thanks to the underground garage.
