The underground garages are a bit too narrow as the passenger doors are difficult to open to unload things. The shower should be kept cleaner from the inside at the joints so that no mold forms anymore. Otherwise, everything was to our satisfaction and we would come again.

Ideal for a great vacation with a dog. Starting from September 15th, dogs are allowed to run off-leash on the entire beach. Our little one enjoys it every year. We have been to Boltenhagen for the 4th time. Of those, 3 times in Likedeeler No. 13.

The apartment was very well-maintained and clean, as was the furniture. It was also nice that the beach is so close and we could walk along it with our dog. It’s great that the restaurants and shops are in immediate proximity. The only downside is that the apartment is on the street. The traffic was quite loud. I would vacation in this house again, just preferably an apartment that is located inside and not facing the street. Anyone who has no problem with street noise can recommend the apartment 100%. We had a great stay in Boltenhagen and will gladly come back again.

The parking in the underground garage was also practical. Central location, so unfortunately the traffic on Ostseeallee, which runs directly in front of the house, is a disturbance. But a central location and at the same time peace or idyll are mutually exclusive.

The apartment was very clean and there was enough storage space for clothes etc. due to the large built-in wardrobe. The only downside is the location directly on the main road, which was quite loud at times.

An apartment in the center of Boltenhagen with a standard furnishing. The beach is within a few minutes' walk, and the shops in the center are not far away either. One must be prepared to be woken up by a fire alarm in the evening. There is a siren across the street. But you get used to it. The furnishings could be improved a bit (toaster burnt, 1 of 2 terrace doors has a broken locking mechanism).

Positive: Close to the beach, many small shops invite you to stroll, live music and children's entertainment, clean beaches and reasonable prices for a tourist area. Negative: Road noise even in the middle of the night due to speeding cars, partly inconsiderate cyclists (since bike and pedestrian paths are one), dog beach almost outside of Boltenhagen.

There are people with back problems. The mattress in the apartment is not very suitable for that. A topper would help here. The back legs of the dining chairs are positioned in such a way that one trips over them. However, sitting is comfortable. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We would love to come back.

We always love coming back to Boltenhagen! The Likedeeler Apartment 13 has been slightly renovated and it has turned out super great, we have been here several times and it is now much cozier... Simply wonderful... we are already looking forward to the next stay (which is already planned)...

The apartment has a perfect location in close proximity to the beach. The building is very well insulated and soundproofed, which means you don't hear anything from the neighborhood. The ground floor location is great for children since they have a lawn to play on. The underground garage is very good (although a bit tight, but it's manageable). There are laundry facilities and a bicycle storage room. The windows perfectly block out the "noise" from the street. I categorize the equipment of the apartment as "good." A blemish, in my opinion, is the dirty shower partition and the unfortunately not very well cleaned toilet. Actually, we are used to something different from "Nordic." Otherwise, the apartment is clean, especially the beds were in good condition (although a new pillow would be nice :) ). All in all, it’s nice, and if the cleanliness issues are resolved next year, we would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very conveniently located near the beach, and all necessary facilities, such as restaurants, are within walking distance! Unfortunately, apartment 13 is not particularly accessible for disabled and older people - the high step into the shower and the slippery floor in the shower are quite hindering! The apartment itself is acceptable, but it lacks a bottle opener, can opener, corkscrew, and a household knife! Unfortunately, the beds must also be made by the tenant themselves! The stain-resistant covers of the beds feel cold and damp!

Very nice apartment, household appliances work (electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher). A washing machine is not installed in the apartment. The terrace faces the main road. This is difficult due to the rolling traffic just a few meters from the building. However, we spent a lot of time there and were prepared for it thanks to the advice of other vacationers. The underground garage is located beneath the building. Our dog was also allowed to come along. This fact was the reason for us to rent the apartment for a week of beach vacation, just five minutes away.

Apartment: Likedeeler 13 Great, spacious apartment. Lovingly and practically furnished. Central location. With sufficient terrace, equipped with table, chairs, loungers. Absolutely cozy. Only downside: When standing under the shower with soap, the water completely stops for 20 minutes. Perhaps that could have been announced. Also regarding the dishwasher. But that's forgiven. Great service from Nordic. Arrived too early in the day, all formalities completed. Mobile number left. Call... The apartment is ready to move in. Overall, a successful vacation.

The apartment is absolutely great and fully equipped. All information in the property description is accurate. The proximity to the beach feels just right (...without the need to measure). The location to the road/path may provide a bit more "entertainment" during the high season. The friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented staff was truly great and made our wonderful vacation possible. Everything was straightforward, from booking to departure. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing was missing. The location is generally excellent - very close to the beach and within good distance to restaurants and the center. Unfortunately, the traffic noise is disturbing in the morning and during the day, as the bedroom also faces the main road, it was not possible to keep the terrace door open. When sitting or lying on the actually beautiful terrace, one must expect to be observed by passersby and cyclists, as there is unfortunately no privacy screen. The handling of the rental process went smoothly and friendly. WLAN is only available via assigned codes and always only for 7 days, then a new one is needed, not so convenient!
