Thank you very much for the insect protection. I complained about the absence last year, and this year, to our great satisfaction, the windows were partially insect-proof. The children's room mattresses are not as great anymore. However, we were basically very satisfied again. The team at the reception is exceptionally nice and polite.

We had a great vacation, could relax very well. Everything was available that one needs for relaxing days. The booking for 2019 was done immediately on site. The promenade is also very appealing. However, I have a small criticism. The refrigerator in 60c could use a bottle shelf; perhaps it would be possible to install one. Best regards, Werner Gericke

The house is okay so far. There is a lot there that you need, and yet we missed some things. (e.g. a grill tongs) The location is also not that great. The house is right in the middle. We have been to Boltenhagen for the 8th time now, and this house has pleased us the least so far. BUT: We still had a wonderful vacation.

Everything is fine except for one important reason. Almost every guest today has a mobile phone, whether young or old. It is unfortunately incomprehensible that in today's time the local administration does not provide free access to Wi-Fi/hotspot. Instead, they still charge a fee for a few minutes. This is no longer guest-friendly today. Rather, it is extremely annoying. One briefly looks for interesting addresses or information about the place or surroundings. And does not want to have to quickly buy a hotspot code. We have talked to some guests about this topic. Everyone clearly criticizes this. It cannot, or should not, be due to the costs. They can be covered by a moderate increase in the tourist tax. Everyone would accept that. That would be customer-friendly! !

As mentioned above, this house is definitely recommended, but it has some shortcomings. The paved path has still not been extended to the house, as noted by previous tenants. Positive: the missing fly screens have been installed on the bedroom windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appealing and adequately furnished. The available ironing board and iron are a positive aspect. The numerous kitchen utensils and the washing machine are not common everywhere. A pair of scissors in the kitchen and a hairdryer in the bathroom would be desirable! However, what absolutely negated these positive points for us is the collection of contrasting styles and colors of the living and dining room furnishings. The well-preserved dark blue kitchen unit, the cozy but dark red living area, and the colorful dining group from the late 90s could not create a feel-good atmosphere for us. Too bad, because otherwise the house is quite well equipped! Overall, no good general assessment could be made.

We were so satisfied that we want to go back again next year. Despite the large facility with apparently many people, we really enjoyed the unusual peace. Everyone at the reception was exceptionally friendly. The entire facility and the houses are well-maintained. The only and yet very significant downside for us was the lack of insect protection. We hope that at least in front of the bedroom and children's room there will be a screen next year. We are looking forward to next year.

Accommodation in a quiet location, not far from the Baltic Sea beach. Child-friendly environment with playgrounds and good shopping options nearby. From our perspective, it is to be criticized that the double bed in the upper floor is very far in the roof slope (risk of bumping) and there is no Wi-Fi available.

This year we were drawn to the Baltic Sea, and we ended up in a holiday village. The apartment was as described on the internet. In my opinion, the mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable. We also had an electric grill for barbecuing, which we unfortunately couldn't use on the terrace because there was no socket on the terrace. Aside from the small "flaws," I can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience! The employees of Nodric GmbH were all very friendly and helpful, so a big compliment can be given for the service!

The house is located in a very good area and a top environment that is particularly suitable for small children. The nearby playground is a great option. Also, the short distance to the Baltic Sea and the town center and pier. Unfortunately, there were some criticisms regarding the house itself, which hopefully will be addressed soon. In return, one must mention the very friendly interaction and the smooth handling of the issues! The bread and roll service in front of the main building is positively noteworthy. Here is a always cheerful and extremely friendly saleswoman "at work," where it is always fun to get rolls and one simply returns to the breakfast table in a good mood. Simply great.

For the second time, we rented this house for our vacation. Like the first time, this house is recommended because it has a second shower room. The furniture on the terrace certainly needs updating. (Old plastic stacking chairs and a sun umbrella that does not deserve that name.) In the complex, some houses have been provided with a paved access path. However, not 60 a/b/c. In rainy weather or due to morning dew on the grass, you easily get wet feet. Upon entering the house, we noticed a strange smell on the ground floor. A few days later, we knew that it was probably a substance against ants, which also honored us with their presence. Nevertheless, it was again a lovely vacation in Boltenhagen.

House 60 is surrounded by other houses. During our stay, this was not a problem, as the other houses were unoccupied. In the high season, it may be too close. The access path leads over the lawn. Otherwise, we were very satisfied - would love to return outside of the season.

Very beautifully located, colorfully pleasant and practically furnished, large, with a lot of toys, but a small kitchen with little counter space, making it exhausting to cook there, large terrace with a view of the back of the other houses, which unfortunately gives off a bit of a courtyard atmosphere, constant flashing smoke detectors greatly disturb sleep, plastic film covers over the mattresses and pillows as is common in facilities for the disabled or hospitals, very little breathable, which significantly disrupts sleep, large lawn where the children can play, the two bathrooms are advantageous.

We were in the holiday village for the third time, and house 60c was by far the best. Spacious, very clean, and adequately equipped. The only thing was that there could have been a bit more dishware, as we would have had to use the dishwasher less often. We especially liked that we didn't find the "remnants" of the previous guests, like spices, etc., but that everything was likely cleared away by the Nordic team. It should be noted that the support from Nordic was also the best so far. We received immediate help with an issue with the washing machine. Other guests have already mentioned that the paved path was not laid up to this house. In the rainy weather, this was somewhat impractical, but bearable.

Very quiet, due to the arrangement of the terraced houses, privacy is guaranteed. Price/performance is suitable. Optimal for families with children and/or dog owners. The town of Boltenhagen is beautiful. You can take nice tours by bike, as the bike paths are excellent. We would always go back to Boltenhagen to the holiday village.

Smooth key transfer and handover. We found the room layout good, especially the presence of a second bathroom with toilet. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for our purposes, as we only prepared breakfast. For families who may want to cook, the equipment is rather meager (e.g., only one small cutting board available). Unfortunately, House 60c does not have a paved access road from the parking lot; it can only be reached over a grassy area (even in wet conditions). Otherwise, the breakfast cart with a really delicious selection of rolls is worth mentioning positively.

We have already been to one of the houses in the holiday village for the third time. Everything was great, very clean, enough space for 4 adults. Unfortunately, in the 60c, the seating area (couch and armchair) was a bit uncomfortable, as we were there in October and spent a bit more time in the house than in summer, this was a small drawback.

Great location of the holiday village, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Large apartment, equipped with the essentials, completely sufficient for a two-week stay. The apartment is cozy and very clean. The washing machine is a bit older, it feels like it takes three hours for one wash, and it is really very loud. We were also a bit disappointed with the dishwasher; it takes over three hours and cleans the dishes poorly, so you still have to wash them by hand. The mattresses are great, we were able to sleep very well on them. However, the double bed squeaked very loudly with every turn or when getting up. There are many storage options for luggage, and the cabinet under the stairs is very practical. The shoe cabinet is also worth mentioning positively. Overall, we were very satisfied and are already planning our next vacation at the holiday village.

We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful holiday home. Besides the cozy atmosphere in the house and the location to the sea, we particularly noticed that there is a wide selection of books for readers of all ages. Here, everyone finds something to read, whether young or old. Plenty of games and building blocks keep children busy even in rainy weather. Especially when traveling with children, a washing machine is a nice addition to the great amenities.
