The apartment is very beautifully and cozily furnished. We felt comfortable right away. The location was a dream. Just across the street and almost at the sea. Next door is the Edeka, what more could you want? The way to the center/pier was manageable even for our 5-year-old son. The only downside was the enormous brightness at bedtime. The curtains are not blackout and do not cover the entire window in some places. The aluminum blinds don't help much either. Through the outdoor lighting of the other houses/apartments, it is never completely dark at night.

The apartment is in a house with 3 floors and several apartments (probably 9 or 10). The house is not noisy, so we could enjoy a pleasant quiet. From the end of the balcony, we could look sideways at the Baltic Sea - about 250-300 meters is the wide sandy beach away. The apartment is sufficient for 4 people. Next to the bedroom, there are 2 new and comfortable sofas for dual use (sleeping/sitting) in the living room. There are 2 tables in the living room and one on the balcony - so there's enough. The kitchen is well equipped - also with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and many small utensils. In the (however quite small) bathroom, there was also a washing machine next to the shower. Everything was in good condition and clean in the apartment, we felt comfortable. The children only complained about the lack of Wi-Fi - that is probably the only thing that, in our view, is not quite up to date anymore. The heaters were warm (only 3 degrees outside). In summer, we would miss the screens against mosquitoes at the windows; those who are sensitive should take note of that. A good market with a bakery is 100 meters away. The town center is about 600 meters away. All in all, great location, amenities, quiet, and also price.

Very nice apartment with all amenities. We were very satisfied as a family of three. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is clean. The beach is about three hundred meters away. Next to the building, there are very good shopping options. The paths to the center are well developed. Those who wish can also walk along a long pier by the beach. Everyone can find something for body and soul.

Boltenhagen is indispensable for summer freshness with the sea and beach as well as the surroundings. We come back here every year with pleasure. But: The construction of the new dune path is a senseless and unnecessary intrusion by the municipality into the previously untouched nature and its metal constructions simply seem redundant and disturbing. It's a shame about the money spent on it.

Overall, a good and clean accommodation for families with good amenities. The bathroom is a bit cramped, especially in the entrance area. The indicated bike shed is practically full and therefore not usable. According to other guests who have been there repeatedly, this is the usual condition. We thus had to leave our brought bikes outside for the two weeks, which is not great. Dirt from bird droppings was included.

The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, just under 100 meters from the beach. Very neat and clean, everything one needs is present. Very small balcony. Right next door is a supermarket with a bakery. Everything is within walking distance and easily accessible.

Additionally, there is a heating system for cold weather that still warms in early May :) What more could a Baltic Sea lover want?
