Holiday flat family holiday Boltenhagen

The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, just under 100 m from the beach. Very tidy and clean, everything you need is available. Very small balcony. Right next door is a supermarket with a bakery. Everything is within walking distance and easily accessible.

The apartment is very beautiful and newly furnished. Ideal for two adults. Shopping right next door and only 100 m to the beach. Additionally, a heater for cold weather that still warms in early May :) What more could a Baltic Sea lover want? And the ladies and gentlemen from Nordichelfen, in case something is missing. Highly recommended.

Like all the apartments we have rented from Nordic in recent years, everything was great all around, and we will recommend them further.

Very good! Top apartment! Only a balcony protection would have been nice. Nicole Stassfeld

The apartment is located in a quiet area. Almost directly on the beach.

The apartment is very beautifully and cozily furnished. We felt comfortable right away. The location was a dream. Just across the street and almost at the sea. Next door is the Edeka, what more could you want? The way to the center/pier was manageable even for our 5-year-old son. The only downside was the enormous brightness at bedtime. The curtains are not blackout and do not cover the entire window in some places. The aluminum blinds don't help much either. Through the outdoor lighting of the other houses/apartments, it is never completely dark at night.

The apartment is in a house with 3 floors and several apartments (probably 9 or 10). The house is not noisy, so we could enjoy a pleasant quiet. From the end of the balcony, we could look sideways at the Baltic Sea - about 250-300 meters is the wide sandy beach away. The apartment is sufficient for 4 people. Next to the bedroom, there are 2 new and comfortable sofas for dual use (sleeping/sitting) in the living room. There are 2 tables in the living room and one on the balcony - so there's enough. The kitchen is well equipped - also with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and many small utensils. In the (however quite small) bathroom, there was also a washing machine next to the shower. Everything was in good condition and clean in the apartment, we felt comfortable. The children only complained about the lack of Wi-Fi - that is probably the only thing that, in our view, is not quite up to date anymore. The heaters were warm (only 3 degrees outside). In summer, we would miss the screens against mosquitoes at the windows; those who are sensitive should take note of that. A good market with a bakery is 100 meters away. The town center is about 600 meters away. All in all, great location, amenities, quiet, and also price.

For many years, we have been coming to Boltenhagen at this location. We have also tried other locations and accommodations before. Considering all criteria, we like it best here. That is why we keep coming back.

Everything great. Apartment super clean. Booking process from check-in to departure smooth! Only downsides: no WiFi (but it's mentioned in the apartment description) and no HD reception.

The apartment offers everything needed for a Baltic Sea vacation. Well and practically equipped and cozy. Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere.

Feel-good apartment, great location

The property is located in a quiet area, and the great advantage is that Edeka is right next door. Only a few meters to the beach through a beautiful forest.

We really liked the vacation apartment. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean, great facilities, we just felt comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet location, good shopping opportunity right next door.

Very nice apartment with all amenities. We were very satisfied as a family of three. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is clean. The beach is about three hundred meters away. Next to the building, there are very good shopping options. The paths to the center are well developed. Those who wish can also walk along a long pier by the beach. Everyone can find something for body and soul.

The apartment is sufficient for 2 guests. The bathroom is very small, so the bathroom door cannot open fully. The proximity to the beach and Edeka is advantageous, as well as the parking space for the car and the storage option for the bikes.

Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi and no hairdryer in the bathroom. Other areas have good amenities. Too little space to store bicycles.

Friendly reception, cozy holiday apartment. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is there. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

The holiday apartment is perfect for 3-4 people, the equipment is good. The only point of criticism is that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

We were very satisfied with the holiday apartment. Plenty of space for 2 people! I liked the glass shelves in the bathroom, as there was enough space for cosmetics.

Beautiful centrally located vacation apartment. The bathroom is very small, but it's fine for 2 people!

A beautiful holiday home in close proximity to the Baltic Sea. Good amenities.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Boltenhagen is indispensable for summer freshness with the sea and beach as well as the surroundings. We come back here every year with pleasure. But: The construction of the new dune path is a senseless and unnecessary intrusion by the municipality into the previously untouched nature and its metal constructions simply seem redundant and disturbing. It's a shame about the money spent on it.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Overall, a good and clean accommodation for families with good amenities. The bathroom is a bit cramped, especially in the entrance area. The indicated bike shed is practically full and therefore not usable. According to other guests who have been there repeatedly, this is the usual condition. We thus had to leave our brought bikes outside for the two weeks, which is not great. Dirt from bird droppings was included.

The proximity to the beach is a big plus.
