The holiday apartment pleased us very much in every respect. It is quiet there. Great parking space and the small shed with storage rooms. The apartment is centrally located. Everything you need is available. The apartment is well furnished and practically thought out. Upon arrival, we found everything clean. Nice terrace. Clothes drying rack available. Very good window security. Large easily accessible trash containers. We would book the apartment again immediately. It is highly recommended. The booking process and arrival at the office went smoothly. Tip: Move the bedroom beds a few cm closer to the door. I got a bruise from the heating knob on the very first day. Overall impression is very good. Thank you, it was great there. In two years, we plan to come back to Boltenhagen to this very apartment. Best regards, couple A. and KH Betzold.

The location of the apartment is central. The bread van opens at 7:00 AM, 200m away. Aldi and Markant are 600m from the apartment. The paths to the beach and the town center are reached after 800m. The furnishings of the apartment are good; everything is available. The only point of criticism I have is the ramp to the bicycle shed. With a regular bike, it is already not easy, but with an e-bike, it is very difficult to reach the shed.

We cannot say anything negative. We like the apartment, the service, the beach, and the place Boltenhagen, and we were there for the second time and certainly not the last time. Since we brought our own bicycles, we were able to explore the surroundings of Boltenhagen. We have recommended the accommodation and this year we arrived with 4 more people.

Unfavorable the parking situation when the residents must arrive with their own cars and only one parking space is available. Although one is then referred to the paid parking lot, which is very costly over a longer period (6.00 EUR/day). Other landlords, for example, offer a free parking permit for a second vehicle (e.g. Landlords on Usedom) It would therefore need to be checked whether an option can be made available with the parking operator in such cases (free or reduced parking costs for a second car when using an apartment rented from Nordic). Not mandatory, but worth considering would also be the retrofitting of the kitchen with a dishwasher.

The apartment is just a few steps away from the Nordic customer center. There are fresh rolls available daily from 7:00 to 10:00. The apartment is very clean and in impeccable condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a hand mixer and an electric juicer. The storage room adjacent to the garden is ideal for bicycles and other items. We enjoyed our time very much and felt very comfortable. Everything was very, very clean, and the check-in and check-out with Nordic was quick and very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.
