When you sit on the balcony or in the living room, you can see all the way to the pier; this view is wonderful. We were also able to sleep well on the mattresses. The only downside in the apartment is the carpet that is in the bedroom and living kitchen. The chairs from the dining area are no longer very stable. All in all, we liked it despite the small downsides.

The team at Nordic Vacation Rentals is very customer-friendly and the reception was very pleasant. The furnishings of the apartment were okay overall. Except for the sofa area, which was totally sagging and uncomfortable. We also found the carpet outdated and somehow unhygienic, considering the number of tenants throughout the year. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The underground garage was also pleasant. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

The holiday apartment is located in a very good area, with important places within walking distance. One drawback was that the equipment was not quite complete, contrary to the contract and the description on the internet: the radio was missing, which is not a big deal in itself, but one is not prepared for it; otherwise, one could have brought one along. A sun umbrella for the balcony is also recommended. Otherwise, everything was fine and very nice. We felt comfortable.

The moderate street traffic leads to a slight impairment. The only complaint regarding the apartment's furnishings is the poor/defective radio device. Overall, however, we were satisfied.

We enjoyed the 5 days in the apartment very much. The view of the sea is wonderful. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and equipped with everything necessary. We lacked nothing. For two people, the apartment offers above-average space. The provided Wi-Fi ran smoothly. The underground garage belonging to the complex was also very clean. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house entrance. We would be happy to come back.

A small suggestion from me, in the medium term the couch set should be changed. The seating area is no longer particularly comfortable and the appearance is also not optimal. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is spacious and well-equipped. Only the cutlery could be expanded a bit. Since there is a dishwasher, a few more pieces are needed. The location of the apartment is great, but the street runs right past the house. At night, however, everything is quiet, and thanks to the blackout curtains, one can sleep undisturbed.

The location is simply top-notch and cannot be beaten for my needs. Direct view of the water including the pier. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the apartment enhance the perception. The reading chair is ideal. It is very quiet in the house! Good insulation, also regarding heat. Bathroom and kitchen are fully adequate. The bedroom is very spacious with a practical wardrobe and dresser. Only the pillows do not smell good. In the living room, the sofa bed is not comfortable to sit on. Another floor lamp and armchair would nicely round off the comfort. The note regarding the waste container in the black folder needs to be described better. We had our difficulty finding it. And what about yellow bags in Boltenhagen? We are really glad to have been in the great apartment in Boltenhagen this week. Absolutely recommendable. Best regards, Jenny.

We happily used the generously sized apartment on the 1st floor. The furnishings are acceptable to good. The balcony facing the sea is wonderful, and the location overall: 100 m to the fine sandy bathing beach, beach chair rental practically at the door. A fish snack bar is only a few hundred meters away and easily reachable from the beach in 5 minutes. What more could you want?!
