The apartment building is super located. The beach is directly across. After 5-10 minutes, you reach the pier and the central promenade. The apartment itself does not have a beach view, which did not bother us. Basically, it is equipped with everything you need. One or two pieces of furniture or the refrigerator could be replaced, and a new vacuum cleaner wouldn't be bad either. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly clean upon our arrival, or it had not been occupied for a while. At least we were able to easily discover numerous cobwebs. The Nordic starter kit for the kitchen was great and completely sufficient for our stay. Overall, we and our children were satisfied with the apartment!

The apartment is nicely furnished and very well equipped. Upon arrival, it was very clean. The furniture and decoration could be a bit more modern, but those are just minor details. The terrace is large and beautifully furnished. The location of the apartment is more than great. It couldn't be better. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the spa house. The perfect apartment for a family vacation at the beach. We are completely satisfied.

All in all, it was a great vacation with a nice apartment with standard amenities. In summer, it was very warm since there were only blinds inside the windows, but otherwise, great location and helpful service.

Great location and view of the Baltic Sea. Supermarket a bit far but accessible. At the spa house, there are many options to take public transport (15 minutes away). Definitely recommend it further.

Beautiful apartment, modernly furnished, and you have everything you need to cater for yourself. Quiet location and very close to the beach. Just a few minutes' walk to the pier. We would love to come back.

The apartment in this location is very good. The view of the terrace from the adjoining holiday apartments can sometimes be disturbing. The furnishings of the apartment are good. The television seems to be in need of replacement. The picture quality is poor. The number of television channels no longer meets the standard. The service and friendliness of the Nordic staff must be praised. THANK YOU!

The location of the apartment is great. Everything is within walking distance. However, if you want to rent a beach chair, we do not recommend section 2. It's better to walk a little further, as a beach chair costs 13 euros there, while section 2 charges 15 euros.

Very well equipped freshly renovated apartment. The bathroom has not been renovated yet, but it was still clean and perfectly fine. We were on vacation with three small children and felt very comfortable. The beach is just right across the street. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the "town center."

I was accompanied by a friend in Boltenhagen. The accommodation is always great. Unfortunately, it was not possible to open the garage door without getting out, which had been manageable in my previous accommodations. But everything else was as evaluated above.
