We booked the Waterkant-Nixe apartment for a week and were very satisfied all around. The furnishings of the apartment, the location, everything was perfect. The bed is very comfortable! We would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable once again. Only the shower in the bathroom needs to be renovated. This concerns the grout of the tiles and the silicone coatings, which are already turning black in places. In the small bedroom, the springs of both beds creak. A replacement would be advisable. Otherwise, the apartment is in impeccable condition. Small note: An egg cooker would be nice. Everything is fine. I have already described everything in the flyer. As a concern, I mentioned that an egg cooker is missing. What does not concern the apartment itself: Wi-Fi would be good. Note: sometimes the lock hangs on the front door. It should be checked before it no longer works at all.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The kitchen, whether table, chair, cutlery, or dishes, is classified as high standard and is new. A nice large terrace with a beach chair. Quiet residential area, short distance to shops, 3 bakeries in the immediate vicinity, beach reachable in 5 minutes. In fact, the two beds in the smaller room could soon be replaced, as they creak a bit and are starting to sag. The larger bedroom has a small separate room for luggage and wardrobe. The shower actually has small black mold spots on the door. Conclusion: The apartment is in good condition, and we had a nice short vacation here and can definitely recommend the apartment and Boltenhagen itself. However, we would like to give a few small hints. We had some difficulty finding the underground garage, as there is also a public underground garage entrance right next to the entrance for the holiday apartment. And in between, there is another entrance for a different parking lot. Maybe it would be possible to put up a sign saying "Underground Garage Nordic" or "Underground Garage Waterkant." On the other hand, the entrance is a matter of luck because it is quite narrow, and since there is little space in the garage area, maneuvering is required. Thank God many parking spaces were free at this time. We also noticed that there is no sign on the main road indicating the Nordic office on Mariannenweg. Not everyone is using a GPS.

Booking through Nordic was easy, and the reduction of one person including the bed linen package and tourist tax was unproblematic. The apartment is very centrally located and well-equipped. We missed a mirror in the hallway. I couldn't use the beach chair on the balcony as a tall person because the height was not sufficient. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

The layout of the apartment is very nice, even with a guest toilet. The apartment is very well furnished. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. This was surely not our last stay there...

A very tastefully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable. Notably, the good amenities include both the appliances (large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer) and enough dishes for 4 people. The bathroom has plenty of hooks for towels. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it was never loud. Street noise was not audible! The underground parking space was right at the exit.
