This 60 square metre holiday flat on the first floor of the house offers up to four people the opportunity to enjoy the holiday feeling directly on the promenade. The bedroom of the flat is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a generous wardrobe and an additional seating area. In the living room, there is room for the third and fourth person on the modern sofa bed, and there is also a TV and hi-fi system. From the living room you can reach the large balcony, from which you have an excellent view of the sea
The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is spatially separated by a high counter. Via the hallway of the flat you reach the daylight bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and towel heating. In addition to the flat, the separate bedroom (room 8, approx. 8 square metres) can be used for a fifth person. The room is located on the same floor, accessible via the hallway
An assigned parking space is available on the property of the house. You can use WLAN free of charge. A lockable bicycle room, a small fitness room with table tennis table and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used by guests.
As a special highlight of the flat, a private beach chair is included in the rent, which is located directly on the beach and is available to you from May to September. The shared fireplace room on the first floor of the house also has a sea view and guarantees sociable hours.
