Description
The 71-square-metre, 3-room flat is located on the ground floor and offers space for up to four people. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a bunk bed (each 0.90m x 2.00m), a wardrobe and additional seating. Adjacent to the larger bedroom is the daylight bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and towel heating. In the spacious living room, equipped with a large corner sofa, TV and hi-fi system, eventful days can come to a relaxing end
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter. On the spacious terrace of the flat, with a view of the garden and the promenade, you can hear the sound of the waves over the dune and collect precious holiday memories. An assigned parking space is available on the property of the house. You can use WLAN free of charge. A lockable bicycle room, a small fitness room with table tennis table and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used by guests.
As a special highlight of the flat, a private beach chair is included in the rent, which is located directly on the beach and is available to you from May to September. The communal fireplace room on the first floor of the house also has a sea view and guarantees sociable hours.
