The 65 square metre, 3-room flat is located on the ground floor of the house and offers space for up to four people. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and two single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m). Both via the master bedroom and from the living room you can reach the adjoining terrace, which offers many hours of sunshine in fine weather due to its south-western orientation. An excellent retreat and at the same time an ideal starting point for your holiday on the island of Usedom
The flat has two entrances; a separate house entrance and an exit directly to the communal hallway. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV and hi-fi system. A large dining table is available. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is spatially separated by a high counter. The daylight bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and towel heating is accessed via the hallway of the flat
An assigned parking space is available on the property of the house. You can use WLAN free of charge. A lockable bicycle room, a small fitness room with table tennis table and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used by guests
As a special highlight of the flat, a private beach chair is included in the rent, which is located directly on the beach and is available to you from May to September. The shared fireplace room on the first floor of the house also has a sea view and guarantees sociable hours.
