We were on a short vacation with our two dogs in the holiday apartment 04. The apartment has a very, very good location directly by the Baltic Sea. It is adequately equipped and nothing is missing. The provider supplied us with helpful tips and was always very quick to reach for us. The apartment is highly recommended.

The accommodation is really great, spacious, and very well equipped. The associated underground parking space and the bike cellar are very practical. Great that we could also bring our dog. The communication was super, quick, and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything we needed was available. Any small "deficiencies" were quickly addressed. The contact was very good and super nice. Questions were answered at any time. The location was quiet, very close to the beach, and with a playground right outside the door. We felt well taken care of and are happy to recommend the accommodation. :)

We had a great stay in this really beautiful apartment. The check-in works very well with the service office directly in the building. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is complete. The location right by the beach is outstanding and the underground garage completes the very good impression. Those looking for a quiet stay at the Baltic Sea are exactly right in Heiligendamm. Far from the hustle and bustle of Boltenhagen or Kühlungsborn, one can enjoy the varied surroundings in peace here. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

The accommodation and especially the location are really great, as you can reach the beach in just a few steps. The sound of the sea can be heard even in the apartment. The accommodation itself is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean! We felt very comfortable there right away. The "support" on-site is also hassle-free. The underground parking space makes the accommodation perfect! Really highly recommended!

The apartment is modern and beautifully furnished and has everything one needs. The sea is about 100 m away. The apartment includes an underground parking space, which is practical. The rental office is located directly in the building, as well as a café that either delivers rolls or where one can indulge oneself. Overall, Heiligendamm is very quiet and offers a lot of nature.

It was the first vacation for our 6-year-old, anxious German Shepherd, and it was a successful vacation for all of us. The "Linden-Palais" is idyllically situated surrounded by a forest, connected to the beach, making it simply ideal for all dog owners/nature lovers!!! The apartment was clean and functionally furnished, just right for relaxing days. I will recommend your house and would gladly spend my vacation with you again at the next opportunity.

The accommodation is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The expansive sandy beach is right at the door. The forest invites you to hike and cycle. Bicycles can be rented directly at the accommodation. Our apartment was on the lakeside, and we could hear the sea rustling while falling asleep. Worth its weight in gold for stressed city dwellers :-) The apartment had everything that belongs in a holiday apartment. Kitchen equipment, bedding, patio furniture, entertainment games... We were always treated kindly and served at the reception. There was a power outage once and a Wi-Fi outage once, but both were resolved promptly. The place Heiligendamm is small and very quiet. This is good on one hand, but on the other hand, one searches in vain for a supermarket, ATM, or gas station. All of this is reachable in ten minutes, but only by car. Without a car, you are quite limited here. Therefore, point deduction for the location.

The accommodation at Linden-Palais was perfect, everything was right. Very nice advice on-site at Meer Fun, the apartment had everything a holiday apartment needs, very clean and above all very quiet and not overcrowded. We will definitely come back.

Quickly decided and did everything right. I will definitely come back. Of course, the weather was also perfect. Only our dog said after 4 days, "Not again by the water." But she also had very soft paws. The care was great too.

The apartment in Lindenpalais Heiligendamm is wonderfully located, just 50 m from the beach and yet absolutely quiet. Perfect for a relaxing break at the Baltic Sea! Communication was always friendly, super fast, and reliable, it couldn't be better. The café in the house is very nice, with delicious cake, great snacks, and drinks, unfortunately closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Important to know: There are no shopping options for groceries on-site, but that was clear and well-planned beforehand. We really enjoyed our time here!

The apartment is perfectly located very close to the beach. It is quiet and clean. Everything you need is available, and any questions were answered very quickly. There are no shopping facilities nearby that are within walking distance. Therefore, if you arrive without a car, you should shop in advance. Otherwise, everything is great :)

I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation; the surroundings are quiet and private. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot for a walk. There are excellent restaurants and ice cream parlors along the coast, and the air is fresh and clear. Everything is ideal for relaxing days, without having to worry about work.

We were here for 4 nights and were totally thrilled. The location, the short walk to the beach (it's really only 50 m) is simply great. The accommodation is very clean and modern. For us, it was very important that our four-legged friend was also warmly welcomed. It's the perfect place to really relax and unwind. A small drawback, but not really negative, is the limited dining options on site. There is a snack bar or fish stall at the beach, but there isn't much for a nice dining experience here. There is a restaurant on the promenade, but the prices are in the upper class. However, since the apartment has a super-equipped kitchen, this is not a problem. There are shopping options, meaning supermarkets, within a radius of 6-7 km. Check-in and check-out are all simple and easy. Also, the included parking space in the underground garage is great. We will definitely come back here. We give 5 stars! ! ! !

Great place right next to one of the nicest parts of the beach. The apartment is very tasteful and modern. It actually looks better than in the pictures and is more spacious than we imagined. The playground right in front of the complex is great, and the patio is large with a little grass area. It was perfect for us with little kids and a small dog. The host was super accommodating and kind.
