The apartment is well laid out, very well equipped, and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the included beach chair were great. We also found the support from the Meerfun office to be very good!

Very professional and fair rental and handling of the vacation apartments by MeerFun. Know other facilities nearby, e.g. in Börgerende Ostsee Apartments, which are worse in everything western. Have already booked with MeerFun again for 2020.

I can't say how it is when the house is well attended. Mid-August was very pleasant. When it cools down, the underfloor heating, at least in the bathroom, is a nice thing. Deficiencies? None found.

Super amenities. Furniture and beds very good and comfortable. Plenty of space for storing clothes and cosmetics in the bathroom and bedroom. We have traveled a lot and have never had such a great apartment.

We were 12 days in the great apartment in a top location. From here, there are many opportunities to visit beautiful cities like Wismar, Schwerin, Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, or Rostock. It was a lovely vacation in this very well-equipped apartment. Again and again.

I can only agree with the previous reviews. We really enjoyed it. We also missed the oven. I would add or replace it in the size of the microwave. It wouldn't be bad to warm up some rolls for breakfast in the morning. We will definitely not be there for the last time :-)

Very well-equipped holiday apartment (No. 23) in an excellent location directly on the Baltic Sea beach. Underground parking + elevator. Cycle path towards Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde leads right past the house. Bistro/Café in the building. Heiligendamm is a quiet "pavement."

The Lindenpalais is highly recommended due to its location directly on the Baltic Sea in Heiligendamm. In addition, it is very quiet in this apartment complex despite the numerous flats and you can switch off wonderfully here. The flat was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There was really nothing lacking.

This flat is highly recommended. Finally there are still flats where dogs are not allowed. The flat is very clean and TOP furnished. No need to look for a parking space as there is a parking space in the underground car park. But you should know that there is no nightlife in Heiligendamm. Here is absolute silence. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity would be Kühlungsborn, 8 km by car. Beach walks to Kühlungsborn, 6 km and to Nienhagen, 10 km, as well as to Warnemünde, 18 km, are recommended. There are cycle paths in all directions. With the E-Bike to Graal Müritz and to the island Poel are no problem for day tours. A lockable bicycle storage room is available in the underground car park.
