Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Beim Duschen muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, da die Fliesen sehr glatt sind. Ansonsten super Fewo.

Die Lage besticht durch kurze Wege zur See, Eiscafé und Strandimbiss sind wenige Fußwegminuten erreichbar, die Anbindung ist sehr gut via Auto für Besorgungen sowie Nahverkehr mittels Bus und Molli-Bahn. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend, die Zimmer (wir waren in der 14) waren ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, die Geräte sind neu und gehen leicht von der Hand (es gibt sogar ein Waffeleisen!). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Nice, actually quiet apartment. Corresponds to the description. Since we had exceptionally good weather in September, we could almost daily have breakfast with a view of the sea on the balcony. Good, high-quality equipment. But: absolutely unacceptable for us is the construction noise that prevails right next door from Monday to Saturday from at least 7.00 am, even earlier. In a resort (tourist tax was increased again before arrival) unthinkable. Otherwise highly recommended.

A wonderful holiday to relax despite stormy, rainy weather thanks to the superbly furnished holiday apartment and the perfect location! We always had a view of the sea while eating, reading, and playing (there are many cooking utensils, games and books available). There is even a sandwich maker and a waffle iron! We are already looking forward to our next holiday in this apartment!

The apartment and the location of the apartment are really great. The only negative point: There are no blackout options on the windows in the bedrooms, neither blinds, curtains, nor anything similar. Therefore, our nights with the children were very short.

We were once again in this great apartment, nothing was missing... neither in size, equipment, nor coziness. From every window, you can look out to the Baltic Sea, have breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine with a view of the sea, go to the beach in 5 minutes, in the evening you can see the sun set on the balcony... on rainy days, you can also read a book from the small library... we always like to come back!!

The entire facility is very well maintained and our vacation rental was also clean and tidy and well equipped. The price-performance ratio is okay. The view of the Baltic Sea from all windows makes the holiday feeling perfect.

Modern, clean, friendly and spacious flat, great corner view on all sides of the Baltic Sea. Flat is on the first floor. Shower is modern and large, beds comfortable and clean. Bedrooms are big enough and also the wardrobes are big in both bedrooms and have lots of hangers.

Thank you very much for a perfect weekend in an upscale ambience. We were guests at LP14 in Heiligendamm and were thrilled with this holiday flat. There was simply nothing missing, the high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The service in the customer service office was also very attentive and customer-oriented, and we were given a second parking space in the underground garage free of charge. The view of the sea over the breakfast coffee is priceless... We will be back in 2018, but then only in LP14. :) With kind regards, H.Stephan

This flat really leaves hardly anything to be desired. Especially the lake view on two sides is wonderful! Excellent furnishings and very stylishly decorated - this makes a holiday twice as much fun! At the most, one could still install smaller storage possibilities in the two bedrooms, for example a small chest of drawers or an armchair! That would be absolutely perfect! :-) Thank you for the great accommodation and the service Meerfun offers in the in-house office! We will be very happy to come back next year!

Here, holidaymakers can expect a wonderfully equipped flat above a pretty bistro. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. A holiday with three children and this level of comfort is absolutely to be recommended. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful flat and we were really thrilled once again! This morning view over two sides of the Baltic Sea makes you forget all your problems! The whole flat and especially the kitchen has everything you need! These 8 days were again very nice and also the Meerfun team in the in-house office is always very friendly and helpful, for this a big thank you from us! The only, minimal "annoyance" was the unfortunately very slow internet, but that is complaining on a high level! :-) We will be very happy to come back! Rogge family

We go to the Lindenpalais every year. This has been one of the best flats so far, where price/performance has been right. Good size, nice view (directly to the sea and playground), nice furnishings. One point deduction for the furnishings due to the very little storage space in the hallway and kitchen. The utensils and food we brought with us had to somehow find space on the worktop ;-) Overall, however, very recommendable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful holiday in flat 14. The flat is so beautifully furnished and super equipped. From a good hairdryer, large wardrobe to chic glasses and crockery, everything is there. The location is a dream. The cafe right below the flat is also highly recommended. We booked again for next year on our last day and are really looking forward to it.
