We had a very nice vacation here. Everyone was very kind and friendly. We stayed in the third apartment now. Spacious underground parking with private parking space. All apartments are very nice with a free view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. If the weather is good, it can't get any better. We have already booked again in the same house for the autumn. The flat met our expectations. Especially the proximity to the beach was great. The kitchenette is well equipped, including crockery and electrical appliances. The balcony is equipped with an awning and a radiant heater, so we could also use it on cool evenings.

The flat was very clean, complete equipment is available and good location! Underground parking included! Bistro in the house with delicious things... what more could you want! The beach is 3 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We will be back soon!!!

We have stayed at the Linden-Palais for the second time and were not disappointed. The flat 15 has been met with all the requirements.Everything available what you need modern furnished Great view of the Baltic Sea which delighted us every morning with some waves.Beautiful terrace where we experienced 1 week of sun, and us the good fish rolls tasted opposite the stand. A long weekend with a sea view - what a dream. The flat is very well equipped, nothing is missing - there is even a cream hocker. The balcony with awning and radiant heater was like another dream for us. We will be back!!!

Flat No. 15 has an excellent location with a view of the sea. At first we had some concerns about the noise from the children's playground, but it was not overcrowded and the children behaved appropriately. The high-quality furnishings of the holiday flat exceeded our expectations. There was also more in the kitchen than stated in the booking. We found the design of the bedroom with the two separate sliding doors particularly successful. As an improvement, we could imagine a breakfast service: fresh baked goods would be offered, for example, from 7:00 am. As active holidaymakers, we found the opening of the in-house café from 10:00 a.m. too late.

With a little wind, you can hear the Baltic Sea roaring when the bedroom window is tilted. Even if you don't live directly on the water. There is a view of the Baltic Sea across the (unpaved) car park and the playground. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. However, the pots should be checked after each rental. It is a pity that the pots already looked like this last year, I would not use them like this. Just put some vinegar essence in with a sponge to wipe through, rinse, dry, done. The shower is fine, but we criticised the floor tiles and the joints between them. They need to be cleaned thoroughly with a brush and appropriate cleaning agent. However, the bathroom and the shower are basically okay and very clean. The rubber lip on the shower door has come loose a bit and needs to be repaired or replaced, as will probably all the rubber and silicone parts in a while. For more comfort, I would hang the wall clock one pillar to the left and put about 3 (retractable) coat hooks where the clock is. If it bothers you, you can fold them up and they won't be visible, but everyone else can quickly hang up a light (and of course not wet) jacket. Without always having to go into the closet. Basically, I can recommend the apartment to everyone because of its cleanliness and location. We had a very nice holiday here. Everyone very nice and friendly. We were now in our third flat. Spacious underground garage with own parking space.... All flats are very nice and have an unobstructed view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. If the weather is good, it couldn't be better. We have already booked the same house again for the autumn. Highly recommended.

The location of the flat is very good. Very close to the beach. Unfortunately, we didn't have any shopping facilities. A tip: in Boltenhagen, there is a mobile baker's van in the morning where bread rolls etc. are offered. Unfortunately, this is missing in Heiligendamm. Nevertheless, the flat is recommended.
