The apartment is really a dream. Everything you need to feel comfortable is present. Modern, yet cozy, bright, open, a total of four (!) terraces, nothing was missing. We will definitely come back.

PERFECT - Modernly furnished, equipped with all comforts; everything in excellent condition. The service (visibly cleaned apartment, made beds, laundry packages, very good kitchen equipment, functioning electrical appliances, including Wi-Fi) was excellent. We were able to relax very well for 1 week, always with the wonderful Baltic Sea in sight and sound. We liked it so much that we are planning another stay. The apartment is a dream. The location and the dreamy view of the Baltic Sea thrilled us. It is a very tastefully furnished apartment that has everything one could need. Due to the different orientations of the balconies, we could choose the right balcony for any weather and enjoy either the sun (south balcony) or the spacious terrace facing the sea. In the evenings, the heating lamp helped us stay outside longer. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

In the town of Heiligendamm, there is a lack of shopping options for daily necessities. It was cumbersome that one always had to drive... either to Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn.

We found a luxuriously furnished penthouse apartment with incredibly much space and a great layout. We had several rooftop terraces to choose from, one of them covered with a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea and the beach right outside the door - it couldn't be better.

A very clean, well-equipped apartment. High-quality kitchen utensils and dishes. Comfortable beds. Sufficient seating both indoors and outdoors. Café in the building, if you don't feel like preparing breakfast, you can go for a delicious breakfast starting at 10 a.m. A stone's throw to the beach. We would love to come back.

Beautiful, well-equipped flat that leaves nothing to be desired. Great floor plan and an ambience to feel good. Gigantic view of the Baltic Sea. Open modern kitchen - and where else can you find a wine fridge and an electric fireplace. Compliments to the owner for the tasteful furnishings and attention to detail. Starting with the reception, the location, the view, the size, the furnishings, the equipment, there is nothing negative! The reception staff were very nice and helpful and accommodating. The furnishings and interior are all high quality and more than adequate. We stayed with our friends and they were also very enthusiastic. Thank you very much for a lovely time.

Whereas the word "accommodation" is rather a hackneyed word for this great flat. You are beamed into a high-end flat in terms of ambience, furnishings and location. With 4 terraces and 132 m², one has the opportunity to follow the weather at any time of the day, even in the rain with the covered platform. The style is well thought-out, the little things on the wall, shelves or in the bathroom are convincing. The building services are modern and without fault, although they take some getting used to (dimmer/light switches). But you soon find out where to press the buttons. For the rest, I only refer to the pictures in the flat description, which speak for themselves. The surroundings are manageable and well-kept, the underground car park convenient. Even if the neighbouring localities such as the public car park or playground might cause concern, don't worry: I didn't notice any excessive noise. In general, the flat is pleasantly soundproofed with double glazing and solid wood room doors. The bistro in the building is also recommendable, even though the opening time of 6 p.m. is a bit early to go out for a meal in the evening. The nearby restaurant Merdinis is also not for every day. Shopping facilities are available in Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn and the well-equipped kitchen can fully support this. The only (personal) drawback: no microwave for quick cooking. The MeerFun team on site has everything under control, even the light switch explanation :-) Checkin and checkout all perfect, you can see the smiling eyes of the other person despite mouth/nose protection. I will come again, provided I have free dates, which is sometimes difficult according to the calendar.

We have already booked the flat several times, simply because it is so beautiful (very good and well-kept furnishings, wonderful lake view). Despite the numerous holiday flats, it is pleasantly quiet in the house. The MeerFun service is professionally organised, all arrangements and instructions help to make our stay uncomplicated. The holiday was also great weather-wise; with stormy seas, frosty cold and snow. We would love to come back and have already booked for 2022.
