War über die Wohnung total überwältigt. Super Ausstattung, sauber, alles in Ordnung und nahe zum Strand. Es waren keine leeren Versprechungen.

Super Wohnung, nur Fliegengitter wenigstens im Schlafzimmer würden das ganze noch perfekter machen.Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Apartment was very clean and well equipped, fireplace unfortunately only decoration. Great location, very quiet, however hardly any mobile network for Telekom customers, in comparison to e.g. Usedom/Rügen etc. stony beach in Börgerende (as it is a natural beach!) so swim shoes are recommended. "Headboards" of the beds should be replaced at some point. Unfortunately no longer "unmistakable sea view" as advertised at the time and up to our arrival. Compensation was not offered, but the "sea view" was removed from all ads. The sea view was one of our main criteria for booking the apartment. Underground parking was unfortunately out of order, but the costs of the public parking lot nearby were covered. Otherwise nice area, bikes recommended but also available for rent. Mostly Italian cuisine, all good. Greek restaurant only partially recommended (better the one in Bad Doberan). Owner of the apartment and agency staff very helpful and nice. Apartment was even available 2 hours earlier. Overall a bit unfortunate as we were looking forward to and fixated on the "unmistakable sea view." At least you can hear the sea at night. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

It is a very beautiful apartment, we have nothing to criticize about the equipment. Upon arrival, there was a small welcome package with a "starter kit" for the kitchen (dishcloths, dishwasher tabs...), which was great because we didn't think about it. The key handover was smooth, the colleague there was very nice. We were there in the off-season, so it was very quiet. You almost fall out of the front door onto the beach, there are only a few meters between them. We have recovered well.

Very high quality, quiet and very clean apartment, beautiful surroundings with good restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable! The only downside is that the washing machine is coin-operated, located in a central basement room and can be used by all other parties as well.

A vacation apartment to feel at home and relax. We will gladly come back! Only the parking space in the underground garage is a bit special. But it's due to the "same" numbering, as in the neighboring house there is another parking space number 11 in this underground garage. If you keep that in mind, it's then easy :o)

Very high-quality, quiet and very clean apartment, nice surroundings with good restaurants and a very short distance to the beach. We felt very comfortable!
The only downside is that the washing machine is equipped with a coin slot, is located in a central cellar room and can also be used by all other parties.

Very nice apartment with high quality furnishings. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, full kitchen with all the trimmings. We only brought our own tea towels. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. The location is away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for cycling to Kühlungsborn or Warnemünde. The direct beach is a bit stony, but no problem with bathing shoes. There are also beach chairs available. The booking via Meerfun went smoothly. When we got the keys, we even got a small cleaning kit with dishwashing liquid, tabs and cloths. Thank you very much for the beautiful [&] sunny days!

We liked the flat very much. It is also very suitable for families with children. Would love to spend another holiday there. We were also very lucky with the weather at this time of year. The cycle paths were also to our complete satisfaction.

The flat corresponded very well to the description and was very clean. The lake view from the balcony as stated in the advertisement, unfortunately only with telephoto lens. We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is furnished to a very high standard. An internet connection and an espresso machine would be ideal.

We were in the apartment with 2 couples and felt very comfortable. With 2 bathrooms it was perfect. The apartment is tastefully furnished. We missed the Wi-Fi, as the reception there was also poor. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything.

We liked the flat very much. My husband liked the lift for the car the best. The location is also great. Very quiet and pleasant. Unfortunately there was no bathroom.

The flat: Very clean, very comfortable and cosy. Everything you need to live is available, especially, what is rather rare in a holiday flat, but very important for me, comfortable beds, so that you don't have to get up in the morning with back pain. Apart from that, there is a parking space in the underground car park, including storage space for bicycles. All in all, my wife, in particular, and also I, are very taken with the flat. The flat is brand new, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. The location is excellent! The beach is within walking distance. A bicycle rental, restaurants and a small grocery shop are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away.

The flat is very well equipped and has a good layout. Access to the beach is optimal. Balcony terrace very large with sun in the afternoon until evening. The use of the parking garage via a (narrow) transport lift took some getting used to. This should be better pointed out in advance. It would also be desirable to generally allow the use of the flat after 3 pm.

We were very pleased with the flat and its spacious balcony. The furnishings are of high quality and new, many details have been thought of. Börgerende is a beautiful little town, quiet and dignified. You can walk wonderfully along the beach and on the dunes in both directions. A little tip is the Pizzeria da Tonino. We found the flat beautiful. It is modern and chicly furnished. Everything we needed was there. The two bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family perfectly. My son thought the underground parking with lift was cool. However, the entrance is a bit narrow for SUVs. The wife didn't dare get in and I had to take over. The location is also great. It's not far to the beach. And at night you can hear the sea. We found the price reasonable for what was offered. We will come back again!

Very chic flat, with everything you need. Good kitchen equipment, two nice bathrooms, very comfortable beds, large balcony, pleasant size. Only the view of the Baltic Sea is not yet possible from the first floor, but the direction of the view is right, the dyke is still visible. However, this circumstance only minimally detracts from the quality of this exclusive flat. The "access" to the underground garage via a lift takes a little getting used to, but at least it is not an everyday occurrence. We can only recommend this flat and will be happy to come back!

Super equipped flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were a little disappointed with the balcony. It is large and there is enough space even for 4 people, but the sun doesn't come out until around 4pm. That made me a little sad. The flat is in a quiet location, so you can sleep in and relax. And at night you can hear the sea.

The handing over of the keys was without any problems, the colleague there was very nice. We were there in the low season, so it was very quiet. You almost fall out of the front door onto the beach, there are really only a few metres in between.
We had a good rest.
