We are actually hotel vacationers and this was our first holiday apartment. We felt comfortable. We loved the private parking space, the location, and the short walk to the beach. The apartment offers plenty of storage space and accommodation options for things you need in everyday life and is in very good condition. We would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, great equipment, everything tip-top in order and very clean. The location was also good, short walk to the sea and the flat sunny. The road goes right past the house, so there was a lot of traffic, even though it was already low season, and the parking space is on the other road behind the next house. But you can always drive up to the front door to load and unload, etc. You should probably know that, but you can adapt well to the conditions.

We had a wonderful holiday in the 5* flat. We especially liked the different mattress thicknesses. The landlord took great care of us and the booking and handing over of the keys went smoothly. Our conclusion: We will definitely be back. We did not hear any construction noise or the like during our stay.

I have stayed in this wonderful flat several times because it is simply ideal for a comfortable winter holiday by the sea. It is equipped with everything the modern heart desires, tastefully and comfortably furnished and ideally located for long walks along the Baltic Sea. The rental formalities are handled in a very uncomplicated and friendly manner; you feel welcome in every respect.

A very nice flat close to the beach. The balcony was sunny almost the whole day. Everything very nice and clean. The only small minus point. You look from the balcony onto a car park.

Actually, we are "hotel holidaymakers". Due to the Corona pandemic, we decided on a holiday flat and were not disappointed. The location of the flat in Börgerende is very close to the beach and also a bakery, bicycle rental and restaurants are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is well equipped and in very good condition. The location of the balcony is worth mentioning, here we could sit until the evening and enjoy the sun. Börgerende is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding area, such as Kühlungsborn, Rostock, Warnemünde, etc.

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home / flat 07. The location a few hundred metres from the beach, a small shop around the corner are perfect. The flat is equipped with everything the holidaymaker needs.
