Also in autumn and winter, when you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room for romantic hours.
The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living room (sofa bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The flat has an elegant shower room with floor-level shower, large mirror, towel warmer, hairdryer, and a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe.

- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- 1. Die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen und Preise ergeben sich aus den allgemein zugänglichen Leistungsbeschreibungen (Homepage) und aus den Angaben in der Buchungsbestätigung. 2. Nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung ist der Mieter verpflichtet, innerhalb von 10 Tagen ab Datum der Buchungsbestätigung eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Gesamtpreises zu leisten. Versicherungsprämien sind sofort bei Buchung fällig. Die Restzahlung wird innerhalb von 28 Tagen vor Anreise ohne nochmalige Aufforderung fällig, wobei bezüglich der Fälligkeit der Geldeingang beim Vermieter maßgeblich ist. Bei Reservierungen ab 28 Tagen vor Reiseantritt ist der gesamte Mietpreis sowie die Preise für ggf. vereinbarte Nebenleistungen sofort mit Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung fällig und unverzüglich durch Banküberweisung zu erbringen. 3. Gehen der Anzahlungsbetrag oder die Restzahlung nicht rechtzeitig ein oder werden sie zurückgebucht, berechtigt dies den Vermieter, vom Vertrag zurück zu treten. Die Nichtzahlung gilt insoweit auch als Rücktritt des Mieters und berechtigt den Vermieter zur Neuvermietung. In diesem Falle erhebt der Vermieter die Stornogebühren gem. Ziff. III.2.. Stornogebühren sind immer sofort fällig. III. Rücktritt: 1. Ein Rücktritt (Stornierung) muss schriftlich an den Vermieter erfolgen. Für den Zeitpunkt des Eingangs der Erklärung ist ausschließlich das Eingangsdatum bei der Ostseetraum-Ferienwohnungen GbR maßgeblich (Posteingangsstempel). 2. Ein Rücktritt (Stornierung) ist grundsätzlich nur bis zum Reiseantritt möglich. Im Falle des Rücktritts fällt folgender Schadensersatz an:
- bis zu 2 Monaten vor Reiseantritt € 25,00 Bearbeitungsgebühr;
- bei Stornierung ab dem 59. Tag vor Mietbeginn, 50 % des bestätigten Mietpreises sowie € 25,00 Bearbeitungsgebühr;
- ab dem 35. Tag vor Mietbeginn, 80 % des vereinbarten Mietpreises sowie € 25,00 Bearbeitungsgebühr; `Es zählt jeweils das Empfangsdatum der Rücktrittsnachricht. Bereits bezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet.` Abweichend von den pauschalierten Rücktritt-/Stornierungsgebühren bleibt dem Mieter das Recht des Nachweises eines geringeren Schadens unbenommen. 7.Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, alle Anfragen auf Belegbarkeit zu prüfen! Very high praise
This flat is above average, we are very grateful that we could spend such a nice holiday. Very nice, modern, high quality furnishings. Comfortably furnished. Balcony with balcony furniture and beach chair. The location of the balcony is so perfect that, despite the neighbouring villa, you still have plenty of privacy, a wonderful view of the dyke and the sound of the waves in your ear.
The beach is only a few metres away. Wifi was also available. The parking space in the underground garage was a bit narrow, but free of charge. The gas fireplace was a dream. Location anyway TOP!!!!

We are INSPIRED
The booking was uncomplicated, the property description very accurate and the handover of the keys well organised. The contact with the landlady was very nice. The service staff was dedicated and very friendly. The flat was in perfect condition, tastefully furnished, the beds were good, the fireplace fantastic, restaurant and ice cream parlour just around the corner, fresh bread rolls 2 villas away, the proximity to the beach was awesome. We wanted for nothing. In short, we were ENRAGED!!!
