The apartment is excellently located in Heiligendamm, perfect as a starting point for bike tours in the Kühlung. The bike room, which is accessible from the outside, is a real plus. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, although some of the furniture appears somewhat "worn." However, since this is only a matter of appearance, we still felt comfortable.

I wonder why I had to read bad reviews regarding the place. Of course, Heiligendamm is primarily characterized by the Grand Hotel and its facilities, but anyone who does a bit of research beforehand knows in advance that it is an extremely quiet place. So if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Kühlungsborn, you are well placed here. Scenically simply much more beautiful. Then the train station of the Molli located in the forest. Great. For shopping, one can either head towards Bad Doberan or towards Kühlungsborn. In my assessment, it should be considered that I am motorized, making the shopping locations naturally easy to reach. Travelers by train would certainly think differently. As for the apartment, my expectations have more than been met. It is very personally furnished and has a more than abundant kitchen equipment, such as storage containers, baking utensils, endless cutlery, spices, and so on. The apartment's furnishings make a well-kept impression and are contemporarily modern. A large bicycle cellar and laundry room with a washing machine are available for communal use. Parking is also available. The rental station was very friendly and immediately addressed a constructive suggestion from me regarding cleanliness. All in all, we were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

Very nice apartment with all comforts. Unfortunately, there is not much in Heiligendamm (no bakeries, no shopping options). The place is heavily dominated by the luxury hotel, so that on the beautiful promenade there is only an ice cream café to linger, the rest belongs to the hotel.

Very beautiful, modern holiday apartment with very good amenities. I particularly liked the great microwave and the good oven. There is even a dishwasher! We were three people. The apartment would be too small for four. The couch is good, but not very comfortable for sleeping. The location is good, but in my opinion, you definitely need a car there (unless you take the steam locomotive Molli or the bus). There isn't much in Heiligendamm itself. Aside from the beach (which is nicer in Kühlungsborn) and the Grand Hotel (which is hermetically sealed off for non-guests!). I would take the apartment again, but preferably with three normal beds. Attention: bring your own bed linens or rent them relatively expensively :-)

The location is definitely great for many, especially if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, you can also drive to Kühlungsborn in 10 minutes. Warnemünde is not far away either. Sea fun is great, and you always get a direct response to any questions.

Quietly situated, yet very close to the Molli-Bahn station Heiligendamm. The balcony faces the parking lot. Very clean, lovingly decorated, and equipped with almost everything one needs. The ladies in the office are very friendly and accommodating, as well as exceptionally child-friendly.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment and rested well. A special commendation is the silence in this house, and there are hardly any noises outside. We could even sleep with the windows open, which is almost never the case otherwise. Pure relaxation. This is our third time in this house, always a different apartment, but this one 09 was our favorite. We plan to come back! Best regards from the Rhineland.

As for the apartment, my expectations have been more than met. It is very personally furnished and has a more than ample kitchen equipment, such as storage containers, baking utensils, endless cutlery, spices, and more. The apartment's furnishings make a well-kept impression and are contemporarily modern. A large bicycle storage room and laundry room with a washing machine are available for communal use. Parking is also available. The rental station was very friendly and immediately addressed my constructive suggestion regarding cleanliness. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back.
