Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und nicht für Hunde geeignet. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr beengt und für beleibtere Menschen und auch mit Hund nicht geeignet. Auf die Wendeltreppe nach unten zum Schlaf und Badbereich trifft dies leider genauso zu , da diese ebenfalls eng und steil ist. Der Zutritt zum Balkon ist ebenfalls sehr eng. Schade ist, dass der Balkon zu den rechts und links liegenden Wohnungen nicht abgegrenzt ist. So ist es evtl ein Problem, den Hund mit auf den Balkon zu nehmen, da die Nachbarn evtl keine Hunde mögen… Vor den Fenstern hängen nur leichte Gardinen, wodurch man keine Privatsphäre hat, keine Verdunklung und leider auch keinen Sonnenschutz. ( Die Wohnung war sehr überhitzt ) Auch Fliegengitter sind nicht vorhanden. Es gibt sehr wenig Besteck und Geschirr, sodass der Geschirrspüler leider jeden Tag läuft…

The property (On the farms) is beautiful and very quiet. I was delighted by the charm. The holiday apartment is very uniquely and cozily furnished. Only the sofa bed needs to be replaced. We felt very comfortable!!!!

We really liked the holiday apartment. Everything was there. A praise to the staff who cleaned the outdoor pool daily. Since we had our bikes with us, the distance to the beach was no problem for us.

Positive: The property is directly adjacent to the railway line of the Mollybahn, a dream for steam locomotive enthusiasts like us. The kitchen is perfectly equipped! Everything is very clean and modernly furnished with rustic charm. The caretaker takes great care of the well-maintained facility. Bicycle rental is just a few minutes' walk away. The bed was comfortable. When you receive the keys, you get a starter set with garbage bags, dish tabs, cloths, a brush, and a small piece of soap, which is great. We even received an email on the way saying that we could move into the apartment earlier. Furthermore, we were well informed about everything necessary via email. Negative: Privacy is not guaranteed due to the very closely situated balconies. In principle, it's a large balcony that has two small partitions. One could essentially walk into the neighbors' apartment at any time with the door open. Our neighbors didn't find that very optimal either. I would not take dogs there, on the one hand, you reach the apartment via an outside staircase, and inside the apartment, you go down a very narrow and open spiral staircase to the lower area. In the bedroom, I would wish for hooks to hang clothes. And better darkening. At night, the outside light from the house across the street shines directly into the bedroom, and in the morning, the sunlight. The current curtains are not sufficient. I would place the table tennis table in the area of the pool. It would fit better there, also because of the noise level. More bike racks would have been nice. We secured our bikes to the tree because everything else was occupied.
