The lovingly renovated Art Nouveau Villa Waldtraut is located directly at the town forest of Kühlungsborn and yet only a walk away from the town centre and the beach with the long pier
Here you will find the "Muschel" holiday flat, which was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020: in a wonderfully quiet location, with a large garden, sunbathing lawn, fruit trees and a private beach chair for holiday guests. You can reach the town centre in about 10 minutes on foot, and the white sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort in about 15 minutes - either through the town forest or along the lively Strandstraße with all its shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants
The modernly furnished apartment is located next to another holiday flat on the 1st floor on the east side of the house. Its furnishings have everything you could wish for to make you feel at home
In the living room there is enough space for a cosy sitting area with a sofa, a side table with a floor lamp for long reading evenings with a good book. A large dining table with four chairs offers the opportunity to meet here with the whole family or friends for coffee or to eat together. A flat screen TV with satellite is of course available.
The separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide) with bedside tables and reading lamp on each side has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, cute shelf cubes and a full-length mirror
With its many windows in all rooms, the Fewo Muschel is friendly and bright. A modern central heating system with sufficient radiators in the entire flat provides warmth in winter.
In the bright bathroom, also with window, there is a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, make-up mirror and hairdryer and a washing machine
The kitchen is also fully equipped: For all self-caterers, there is a full-size cooker with ceramic hob (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher and microwave, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The small bar with 2 bar stools is inviting for a quick breakfast, coffee or even the extensive preparation of a delicious dinner.

The Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn is one of the most popular and scenic holiday regions on the Baltic Sea. Because of its extensive forest enclosed by the town, Kühlungsborn is often called "the green town by the sea"
The lovingly renovated Art Nouveau Villa Waldtraut with its four cosy holiday flats and large garden is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Kühlungsborn Ost district
It is a 15-minute walk to the Baltic Sea with its long sandy beach and the pier. The romantic, art nouveau town with its small shops, cafés and restaurants is only 10 minutes away.
Kühlungsborn is a place with a colourful variety of boutiques, studios and handicrafts, a varied programme of art and cultural events, a wide range of leisure activities with sports and games and numerous health and wellness offers.
Not to forget, of course, the maritime experience of the wide, fine-grained sandy beach in front of Kühlungsborn. Here you can not only relax and swim, but also windsurf, kiteboard and sail. In addition, a well-developed network of hiking and cycling paths invites you to explore the natural surroundings of the Baltic Sea resort.

Depending on the date of receipt of any cancellation by you as a tenant, the following flat rates in percent of the total service will be due, in addition to a fee of 25.00 Euros: Receipt of cancellation up to the 28th day before arrival 10%, up to the 21st day before arrival 30%, up to the 11th day before arrival 80%, if the trip is not started without notification, 100% of the fixed price is to be paid, as well as 100% in case of early departure. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
