The apartment was nice and matched the information on the internet. Unfortunately, the pool, which was supposed to be available from May, was also not usable from May 30 to June 2. As we learned from other guests, the situation was the same last year. Best regards.

For tall people, the apartment is not necessarily advantageous (e.g. space in the shower). However, since we are not very tall, we did not have any disturbing problems with the slants of the rooms :)

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we have been guests at your farms for many years and we always enjoy it anew. This year we were in the holiday apartment 07, and we liked it again. We were able to spend a very pleasant short vacation with our family in apartment 7 at the courtyards in Kühlungsborn starting from December 25, 2016. The vacation apartment is very lovingly, super cozy, and modernly furnished; everything is very well maintained and clean. We really liked it here, we felt very comfortable and were able to relax wonderfully. Our family will not be here for the last time to experience another wonderful vacation. We spent our autumn vacation in a wonderfully quiet holiday apartment in Kühlungsborn and are totally thrilled. The location was simply perfect – close to the forest and yet just a pleasant walk through a beautiful forest from the sea. Especially in autumn, when the leaves shine in all their colors, this path was something very special. The holiday apartment itself was very cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Especially the tranquility there was a real plus – we were able to truly relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable. Kühlungsborn also completely won us over. The combination of nature, beach, and the beautiful promenade is just great. In the off-season, it was pleasantly quiet, and yet there were enough cafés and restaurants to indulge ourselves. We also enjoyed sitting on the beach and soaking up the sun. This vacation was really good for us, and we will definitely come back. For anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy nature, we can highly recommend this holiday apartment.

The holiday apartment and the entire complex are very nice and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The facilities are above average. There is no oven, but that didn't bother us. When I mentioned that my son had gotten sick and our bus leaves only in the afternoon, the response was very friendly, and a later departure was possible.

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful holiday apartment, equipped with everything one needs. The apartment was perfectly located for us: The path to the Baltic Sea goes through the beautiful Kühlungsborn forest, which is worth exploring. If you take the direct route to the sea through the forest, you reach the beach in just over a quarter of an hour. The balcony is also very practical. We had two rainy days, but even then the apartment is exceptionally cozy.

We arrived by train and bicycle and didn't miss the car at any time. You can reach the sea by bike in a very short time. It's also a quick walk through the forest to get there. There are shopping options within walking distance. We were particularly impressed by the very clean beach.

Great holiday apartment, equipped with everything one could need. Everything is available for a longer stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. We, as a family with 3 children, were completely satisfied. The location was also perfectly fine for us. The beach promenade can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes through the adjacent park. We were fully satisfied with everything.

It was great again. This time we had apartment 07. It was also good that the refrigerator had a freezer compartment. Unfortunately, not every apartment has that. The couch (2-seater + 3-seater) is "back-friendly." The large dining table is perfect for having a real game night or eating properly. The amenities were also perfect and completely sufficient. A small disadvantage is the very low double bed. You really have to get down a lot... but you sleep heavenly in it. Attention: On the balcony, you can really bang your head on the metal elements. Everything is a bit historic, and it's important to "watch out" :-) We'll be back. Best regards.

Living area with a beautiful, large dining table. Good bathroom facilities. Kitchen furnishings and kitchenette for the apartment are too small, especially lacking a larger cooking surface, dishwasher. The second bedroom (? children's room) is equipped with beds that are not suitable for another 2 adults, i.e., okay for families with 2-3 children. Distance to the center east or west on foot is about 20 minutes.

The residential complex with a pool is generally recommended. However, the location to the promenades is quite far (small children - long walks). Since my daughter burned herself on the lighting in the children's room, this needs to be clearly improved. Otherwise, we felt comfortable and would recommend the accommodation.
