We spent a week in this tastefully furnished apartment and would recommend it at any time, or have already done so. This lovingly decorated residence made our stay even more enjoyable. You feel welcome in the apartment. Due to the tiled floor, it is better to have slippers in your vacation luggage; the floor on the ground floor is otherwise very cold, even in summer. We were very pleased with the delicious welcome treat and enjoyed it at breakfast. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! We like the facility and Kühlungsborn. We felt very well taken care of. The contact with the staff regarding key pickup, etc., was very good. Suggestion for improvement: 1. A microwave (in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen) would be useful. 2. Another mirror outside the bathroom, so that when it is occupied, one is available. 3. We had 2 large spiders sitting in the corners of the bedroom. I vacuumed them up myself with the available vacuum cleaner. Since everything else was really spotless, I assume that the cleaner simply overlooked it in the stress...

The "Tower House" is beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The "Tower Room" living room on the upper floor is a particularly nice space in the sunshine. Optimal for the three of us, we have been there twice already...

We have already spent a wonderful few days in this small but fine holiday apartment for the third time. Already upon entering the apartment, you feel that you are welcome here. We were very pleased that the heating was turned on for us throughout the apartment, so it was cozy and warm on this stormy, rainy October day. The tower house is an accommodation with heart and charm, and that down to the last corner. We will definitely come back.

We had a few nice days "On the Farms." We really liked the whole facility, and we would love to come back in the summer. Everything you need is available when you vacation in an apartment. The bread service was great...fresh rolls at the door every morning. We also enjoyed the walk through the forest to get to the water. Thank you very much and all the best. A very tastefully furnished apartment! We felt very comfortable here and would gladly come back anytime. The apartment has the bedrooms facing the street, which personally did not bother us, as there is significantly less traffic in the evenings.

We enjoyed our week in our vacation apartment very much and would recommend it at any time, or we have even done so already! Our lovingly furnished temporary residence significantly contributed to making our holiday week a true relaxation stay. Many small details in the apartment showed that the designers were genuinely interested in providing the guest with a pleasant stay. We were thrilled, and it wasn't just because of the delicious jam that was on the table as a welcome gift. At first, we were disappointed that the pool of the facility was closed for 2 days, but since we had such great weather and were able to use the large "Baltic Sea pool," we didn't miss it and also didn't use it when it was available again. We do have a tiny minus point, of course: the sliding door to the bedroom couldn't be closed. But that didn't harm our great vacation week ON THE FARMS. Thank you! We will definitely come back! We were very excited about the holiday apartment. Very nice, furnished in a Nordic style, two-story holiday apartment with a wooden staircase leading up to the living room. Plenty of space for cooking, eating, and feeling good.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. However, the distance to the beach should not be underestimated. Especially with small children, the walk is long. However, the path is manageable with a cart.

The apartment is well equipped, but storage options in the bathroom would be helpful. It is very dark in the apartment, especially because large conifers on the street side prevent light from entering. The apartment is very noisy due to its location on Neuen Reihe; the street noise starts at 5:00 AM, slightly later on weekends. Closing the windows does not help to avoid this (no soundproof windows).

The holiday apartment is very beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The shared table tennis table brings the holidaymakers together. Unfortunately, the sauna house is not in operation, which we did not know before our arrival and were therefore a bit sad about. We hope that the pool and the sauna will be put back into operation so that the original concept can continue. Because the idea is good. Nevertheless, we had a nice holiday in our apartment. The city forest is just a stone's throw away, the beach is within walking distance, and the bus stop is very close. We recommend the coastal hiking trail from Rerik to Kühlungsborn. 13 km of pure nature.

Strangely, the high hedge was no more than 10cm in front of the bedroom windows. This made the rooms very dark. For shopping, you definitely need a car or a bicycle. The beach can be reached after a walk of about 20 minutes through the beautiful forest.

The apartment was clean, equipped with everything needed, and sufficient for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We didn't find the slightly longer walk to the beach bothersome at all; in fact, it was very beautiful through the city forest. We would love to come back.

The apartment is very tastefully and functionally furnished. The beds are very comfortable. However, the sleeping area for persons 4 and 5 in the upper floor (comfortable pull-out sofa) cannot be darkened and is very noisy.

The apartment was very lovingly decorated. You felt very comfortable. The thermostat in the shower should be checked, as it alternated between cold and hot and had little pressure. Unfortunately for our children, the pool was completely dirty and even closed. The facility itself was cozy, and the table tennis table invited for family games in the evening. Clearly recommendable, and we would gladly come back.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with a small pool, lots of greenery, a small children's play area (swing and sandpit), a barbecue area, and a table tennis table. The apartment is modern, simple, and tastefully furnished and is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The single bed in the small room is extendable and thus usable for two people. One small thing: Unfortunately, all the rooms on the ground floor are tiled and therefore very cold on the feet. So bring slippers!
