Beautiful house with some disadvantages. Bedroom upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Bicycle storage options rather poor. No coffee machine, only Senseo pads. No microwave. House suitable for a maximum of 3 people. No wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom.

Very nicely furnished, quietly located, and well equipped. Large beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. Stable Wi-Fi. Practical storage option for bicycles in the associated small garden. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Minor deduction regarding the cleanliness in the kitchen area - we assume that this will improve.

Nice house in a quiet location with very good amenities. We lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable and were thrilled by the tranquility despite the New Year's transition. We enjoyed the vacation from the very first moment. New Year's Eve on the beach with the fireworks on the pier of Heiligendamm must be experienced, simply great and not overcrowded. Afterwards, the silence at the house was like being in another world again. A tip for everyone bringing their own bedding: The bed in the large bedroom requires a 2.00m x 1.80m sheet, as the topping on the bed is continuous; in the small room, a 2.00m x 1.40m sheet is needed. However, we were kindly assisted by the ladies at the reception of Meerfun GmbH. Thank you once again for that.

We felt very comfortable in the Rosmarin house and had a nice vacation. The house is very quiet, so you can relax well. We especially enjoyed having our own little sauna to truly unwind. The kitchen is quite well equipped; everything you need is there. Really a lovely little house! The only thing we didn’t like so much was the hard beds. It’s also a bit of a shame that the town of Heiligendamm doesn't have much to offer. Not even a small supermarket is available. But we knew that beforehand, so it wasn't really bad that we always had to drive. Kühlungsborn is quickly reachable and Rerik or Warnemünde are nearby, so there is a lot to do. The ghost forest and the beach bar are especially great.
