Impressive was the quiet location and the feeling of not living in a new development of holiday homes, as they have been numerous along the Baltic Sea. The house is simple but well thought out. The proximity to the train station was an advantage for us, as we often used the spa train. For those who like it quiet, Heiligendamm is the right holiday destination.

A beautiful accommodation. A shower that would have had a splash guard below would have been great. This way, the bathroom would have been less flooded. Insect screens on all windows on the upper floor are recommended. Otherwise, there were no complaints. A nice vacation.

The house was very nice and equipped with everything important that one needs. Perhaps a full-length mirror could be installed (our teenage daughters missed it). Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work, did not draw at all, and therefore no fire was produced.

A nice house that is really well equipped with a fireplace and sauna, and the furnishings are tasteful. I might have wished for one or two hooks in the kitchen and bathroom. The terrace is completely sufficient and you are well protected from prying eyes there. The only downside in Heiligendamm was that there is not a single shop, and you couldn't buy rolls or other small items in the morning. Always driving to Bad Doberan was a bit inconvenient, but doable. Overall a nice vacation.

We were two, had enough space for 4 people. The apartment was clean and located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The terrace is not visible. We really liked it and would be happy to come back.

Overall okay, reasonable for the price; nice quiet location. With children, the floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floor should be noted - there is no fall protection (railing or similar). The bed requires a 1.80 m wide sheet, not as advertised 2x 0.90 m. We would recommend the house and would also book it again ourselves.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation overall. Everything was very clean, very quiet location, but unfortunately we did not find any shopping options in the village and it was too quiet for us. Those who need total peace to relax are in Heiligendamm right.

A pretty little house with a lot of privacy, cozily furnished and warm. Large windows provide plenty of light. The private sauna made for relaxing evenings (we spent 2 € per evening for the sauna). The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house in a quiet location. The amenities were completely fine for us with 4 people. Even in high season, Heiligendamm is not overcrowded. At the beach, you can always find free spots.

The location of the house is great in a very quiet area, but unfortunately, the house is a bit worn and definitely needs a fresh coat of paint! Especially the mattresses are very, very hard. And there was nothing to be seen of the lavender.

Unfortunately, the bed in the large bedroom is not equipped with a continuous mattress - instead, there are two single beds pushed together. Great fireplace stove. Great sauna. There is a lack of a second armchair in the living room. The kitchen chairs are sturdy but uncomfortable due to the steep backrest.

We are, as always, delighted with our vacation in Heiligendamm. So far, we always had a vacation apartment in Linden Palais with a view of the sea during the summer. However, for the worse time of the year, we searched for accommodation with a sauna and came across this house. It is small and nice, very lovingly furnished. We felt comfortable right away. From the children's room, we even heard and saw the Molli. In the sauna, there is the possibility of a sauna infusion (a scoop and bucket are available). The sauna scent must be brought along. Since it is a small sauna, 70 degrees was sufficient for us. This is reached with a lead time of 20 minutes, so you can manage with 1 EUR for a sauna session. After a short rest period, a second sauna session at 65 degrees is even possible. This was optimal for us with a child. We would definitely come back. We also used the fireplace. However, this was almost unnecessary. Even in cold temperatures outside, the apartment was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating. The only downside for us was the hard beds (H 3). However, since this is very individual for everyone, we do not take off any stars here. The Café Schwan is highly recommended during a stay. There is a huge selection, making it very hard to choose, and the staff is super friendly.
