We have been vacationing in Boltenhagen for 4 years now. Since we liked the Strandvilla Krabbe during our first vacation, we have chosen it every year and booked an apartment. Therefore, we have always been able to get to know different apartments, and I have to say... each of the apartments is really great. The Krabbe is very conveniently located near the beach... 2 minutes and you are at the beach. This time we had apartment 14. What can I say... everything was as desired. The weather was simply wonderful, and one met acquaintances again who were also residents of Villa Krabbe last year. It is also nice that people can bring their four-legged friends to the villa.

The vacation in the holiday apartment was very very pleasant, top location between the beach and the central promenade, a few minutes' walk to the center, a few meters to the supermarket, very well equipped, very clean and newly renovated, definitely recommended.

Location, offered parking option, apartment furnishings and condition are top-notch. The refrigerator and glass surfaces in the bathroom were not properly clean upon occupancy; otherwise, there was nothing to criticize. Due to age and health reasons (69 years), I found it difficult to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor. We would like to book the accommodation again, but not on the 2nd floor. Thank you.

The apartment is ideally located, quiet between the sea and the forest, directly at the beach access. The way to Edeka and the bakery is also short, about 5 minutes. We had a great week!

The apartment is small and sometimes you bump your head on the ceiling walls. But we always feel very comfortable. We have been here for the third time. Everything you need for everyday vacation life is there.

The house is very beautiful and relaxing. The proximity to the sea couldn't be better, a great location right behind the dunes. That was what I liked the most.

This cozy room is the perfect starting point for a beach holiday and offers the opportunity to move away from traffic with a short walking and cycling path to the city. An Edeka is just around the corner. We also cooked once, and the kitchen is very well equipped for that!

A very quiet, well-located, clean penthouse apartment. Super equipped, communication with the landlord worked great. It would have been nice to have a small sofa instead of the two armchairs - that was a bit uncomfortable. But such a great location with nice furnishings also comes at a price. Despite the no-fireworks signs at the beach, there was a lot of fireworks on New Year's Eve, which we had wished would be different for our anxious dog. However, we would still love to come back!!

A very beautiful and cozy apartment. The location is perfect. Between the Baltic Sea and a small wood. Ideal for a holiday with a dog. The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 2 minutes and Edeka in about 3 minutes. The service from Nordic is excellent. We will book this apartment and the service for our next short vacation.

A beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor, in immediate proximity to the beach. Absolutely sufficient for 2 people. We were very satisfied and would love to come again. The only point of criticism would be that there was a sunshade for the balcony, but unfortunately without a stand. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you very much. Deserved 5 stars.

The accommodation was really nice. Perfect for two. Our dog was also welcome. Boltenhagen is really beautiful and has great excursion destinations. Unfortunately, our stay wasn't very long, but we will definitely come back. Also, everything needed for cooking was there. The only suggestion for improvement: three trash cans for waste separation instead of just one bin in the kitchen.
