We were very satisfied with the apartment, everything was clean, all appliances worked, doors opened easily and quietly. An apartment that we would gladly live in again in this condition. Thank you once again!!

We were in the apartment for 1 week and felt very comfortable. Everything was great, only the sofa is very worn out. Oh yes, there is a lack of sun protection on the balcony (umbrella or awning). Otherwise, the apartment is great. We will definitely come back.

We liked the apartment very much. The beds were very good. We missed a sunshade on the small balcony, and the noise from the shopping center's ventilation system took some getting used to. Unfortunately, the frequent grilling by other tenants on the lawn with the smell was a bit bothersome. Particularly noteworthy is the nice, friendly, and competent behavior of their staff both on the phone and on-site. Thank you again for that.

The apartment is cozy and clean, the view from the balcony a pleasant contrast to the sea. The surroundings and the location leave nothing to be desired. A small issue was promptly resolved by the caretaker. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome package, which later turned out to be a cleaning supply assortment.

sufficient space for two people, furniture appropriate, small balcony, nice view into the greenery, well-maintained surroundings, parking in front of the door, good location near a shopping center, still very quiet and only about 8 minutes walking distance to the beach, an upgrade with a mini dishwasher would be nice, as unfortunately not all tenants treat the dishes properly.

Dear employees of Nordic Holiday Rentals, we were in Boltenhagen for the first time. What can I say? Nice, competent, FRIENDLY! Staff at the reception, especially Ms. Draeger (in the town), thank you for the help at the "beginning" ;-) The apartment, TOP! Everything you need. Waste disposal also TOP! No "yellow bags"! Even better :-) ALDI, EDEKA, etc. only 2! minutes on foot! Baltic Sea Bad Boltenhagen is highly recommended! (Tip: Transition 12 to the beach (nudist) The beach chair rental "Heike Wehr" - A very nice woman! Delicious cappuccino and espresso! The holiday apartment is very well laid out, all rooms are nicely spacious, there's a small balcony where you can sit comfortably, good equipment! Minor weaknesses are: The owner should invest some money to buy better balcony chairs, a new sofa, and perhaps some new dishes as well. Everything is not broken, but also not nice anymore! Otherwise, a very nice apartment, would book it again!

Beautiful, spacious holiday apartment with a very small balcony. Sleeping in a separate room is very comfortable (good mattresses, firmness level 2). Shopping opportunity nearby (150m). 10 minutes walking to the town center (spa house, etc.). Very good shower! No hairdryer (free loan possible). TV with about 25 channels. 4 seats at the dining table (hard). Couch in front of the TV is quite soft, not suitable for people with back problems. Lots of storage space! For questions: Nordic office 200m away. Overall: Recommended!

We have now been to Boltenhagen for the 5th time, and as always, we enjoyed it very much. The apartment was top-notch. We were two, but it is also well-suited for a family with 4 sleeping places. There are several shopping options in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful, well-divided holiday apartment. Great folding bed in the living room. Ideal for 2 children. Very clean. Everything you need for everyday life is available. Shopping options right nearby. Vacation was great.
