The holiday park is located in a quiet area of Boltenhagen, and you can quickly get to the beach. Our house was somewhat secluded in the park and therefore very quiet. The house was very well furnished, everything was there. What is a bit bothersome in the park is the waste separation; more needs to be done there, and possibly also a better service for daily necessities (roll service). However, it is highly recommended for a family vacation.

We have always preferred a hotel so far, and thus this short vacation was a first test in a holiday apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy. The furnishings are functional, and the equipment was more than sufficient for our needs. The location was very nice for us with a child and a dog. A bit away from the hustle and bustle, but still most things can be reached on foot in a short time. I do not want to use the mattresses, at least in the upper floor, for more than a few days, but that may also be due to my sensitive back... If you don't care about modern furnishings, you can't go wrong with this apartment.

We spent a wonderful vacation week in the house and thanks to the very good amenities, we felt completely comfortable. The terrace with the beach chair invited us to cozy evening hours with a glass of wine. The kitchen is so well equipped with all utensils that it was a joy to prepare meals. However, the water pressure was very low, so it took a long time for warm or hot water to come from the tap (water waste!). ) This naturally also affected the showering, it dripped at times. But that can surely be fixed. Overall, a very nice house and we will definitely recommend it further.

Overall, the stay in your holiday apartment was very pleasant. The first impression was very inviting, and the layout is well done. As a criticism, it should be noted that not enough water comes from the showerhead during a warm shower. Additionally, the costs for laundry were very high, and the bed sheet was very impractical.

The house 46a - Deichfalter - is a centrally located corner house with a beautiful terrace. Inside, the house was obviously furnished with great attention to detail, which immediately created a feeling of comfort. All household items needed for self-catering were available. We have been vacationing in the holiday village for several years in different houses. This was by far the coziest furnished house.

Short and positive conclusion: House - great and fully equipped holiday apartment - professional handling and support - ideal location to the beach and also very easily accessible on foot thanks to the cart - the bread service directly at the holiday village was also very good - especially despite the occupancy of the holiday village, it was pleasantly quiet. The only small flaw is the somewhat uncomfortable mattresses in the parents' bedroom. We will come back.

The holiday village is very beautiful, a lot of greenery, good shopping opportunities within walking distance, 200 m to the beach, 500 m to the dog beach. Unfortunately, the latter was only partially usable, as the stinking seaweed was not removed for days and this section is also rocky, compared to the neighboring sandy beaches, which were of course prohibited for dogs.

Great apartment for dog lovers. The stairs are carpeted. James could wonderfully run back and forth between the bedrooms. Lots of grass where the four-legged friends can quickly relieve themselves. We missed nothing. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. We definitely recommend this apartment.

It is a very beautiful holiday home. You feel comfortable right away. The furnishings are all very tasteful. We were there with 2 dogs, and it was also taken into account... there was a dog fence around the terrace so that the four-legged friends could go outside nicely. All in all, it was a hit. Conveniently located, to the supermarkets as well as to the beach. At the beach, there was also the dog beach right away. We can only recommend it, great address!!!

We spent a sunny summer holiday here in September, thanks to their well-equipped holiday home, which is located in an idyllic setting. In just a few minutes on foot, we reached the beach or strolled along the dunes promenade towards the visible pier. Benches invited us time and again to linger, with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. It is clear to us that in our next holiday in Boltenhagen, we will stay here again. Very idyllic accommodation with complete and well-maintained furnishings. Insect protection windows and doors are available everywhere. Plenty of space for 3 people. Nice, quietly located terrace in a wooded environment. Short distances to the beach, shopping, and fish sandwiches. Nice fireplace - wood is available at the supermarket located 400m away. Unfortunately, the electric grill was not clean/usable. However, you are allowed to use your own charcoal grill.

Very beautiful house and spacious enough for several people, and pet-friendly. We brought 2 dogs and had space on the terrace... A fence for the dogs was also available, and 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms were great. The only downside was that one bedroom had 2 single beds, but otherwise everything was excellent... The location is also nice, central yet quiet... the beach is not far away, a small walk of about 500m.

The mattresses in the bedroom are sagging and need to be replaced. Unfortunately, there is only one parking space per house, and guests are directed to the paid parking. Otherwise, everything is okay, and we would be happy to return.
