The overall impression was good. The only complaint was that the drainage in the bathroom sink did not drain properly and that there were still whole branches and twigs on the balcony from the storm two or three days prior. I would book the apartment again.

I was lucky to be able to book this vacation apartment at short notice and was absolutely thrilled, just like during my last visit there 8 years ago. The furnishings are new and of high quality. You just have to step out the front door and you are practically already at the beach. The handling and key transfer worked flawlessly, and I am really very satisfied with my vacation at Villa Krabbe in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. But now two small suggestions for improvement: the number of Wi-Fi codes should be adjusted to the number of residents, and unfortunately, one function of our sink did not work properly, which can easily be fixed. Finally, once again, a big compliment to the friendly NORDIC GmbH team!

The shower cabin was not so nice. The shower holder was loose and had seen better days. It should be renewed at some point. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!!!!!!!!!! We would love to come back :)))) From us, there is a very clear top !!!!

Hello, we have always stayed in the front house for the past years and for the first time this year in apartment 9. As always, the location is great and we find the furnishings completely sufficient. The only complaint was the mattresses of the beds, very soft. We slept better on the mattresses of the "folding beds" in previous years. The equipment in the kitchen area is good to moderate; there could be more dishes and cutlery for the large dishwasher. The wet cell is also moderate. However, customer service is very good.

We have now spent the Christmas holidays in Boltenhagen for the umpteenth time, always in the same house, and we are once again thrilled. The vacation apartment, the surroundings, and the proximity to the beach are fantastic. We will come back!!!

The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The size and amenities are also completely sufficient. Everything is very clean, and the balcony facing the sea is great. The short walk to the beach is of course the highlight; in 3 minutes, you are right by the sea. We would book this apartment again anytime.

We were dissatisfied with the cleaning of the apartment upon arrival, as the surfaces on the nightstands, the living room table, and the microwave showed glass rings and dust at first glance, and unfortunately, the bathroom floor was dirty (smudge/dust film). The stairwell was sandy. This was then forgotten after rectification on July 14, 2019, and July 15, 2019 (stairwell). Additionally, we received a replacement for the rusted balcony chair, as the craftsman came on July 16. 19 had a chair in the car. The following days were wonderful and we liked the apartment. There could have been champagne and wine glasses available, but we managed to help ourselves. ;-) (After all, this is not our home)

The accommodation and facilities are great; work has been done on the issues of TV reception and Wi-Fi, resulting in significant improvement, although the repeated login after a surfing break is annoying because the login page of hotsplots is difficult to capture. In all apartments of the extension (8-14), dining tables the size of apartment 9 should be provided, as a larger table allows for better working and eating. The service staff were competent, helpful, and friendly. From my perspective, there is no reason not to book again. Unfortunately, after the modernization, staying with a dog in properties 1, 4, 5, and 7 is no longer allowed, where I also felt very comfortable. But I understand the decision, even though my dog is a lovely dog.

We have now been to the Krabbe for the 3rd year and would love to come back. The location is perfect and we also don’t want to miss the dog beach in Tarnewitz... it is simply a dream.

We had a wonderful, beautiful 5 days at this accommodation. Near the sea and the apartment was very clean. Everything you need is available. Everything around was also clean, despite the leaves falling from the trees. There is a small shed for bikes. Personally, I would rearrange the furniture to have a bit more space to move. We felt very comfortable and have already booked another vacation for next year.

Strandvilla Krabbe Apartment 09 is, like all the other apartments, very clean, functional, and modernly furnished. It has everything you need. It is quiet in the house, and the location is great, right by the beach. You can easily reach the town center with a walk along the beach promenade, and a grocery store is in the immediate vicinity. We have been there with children for the third time and will book again. The parking spaces are a bit tight for large cars.
