Very nice holiday apartment in a quiet location and near the beach. Parking directly in front of the holiday apartment. The holiday apartment is well equipped.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We are always very happy to be here and book again for each year.

Set the refrigerator to the lowest setting; otherwise, it is too loud.

We were at the Krabbe beach villa for the 4th time, the location is good, the apartments are well equipped, and the nude beach is not far away.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

It was a very nice 2 weeks and we felt very comfortable. Absolutely nothing was missing in the apartment. We will definitely come back.

Would book the apartment again at any time.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The overall impression was good. The only complaint was that the drainage in the bathroom sink did not drain properly and that there were still whole branches and twigs on the balcony from the storm two or three days prior. I would book the apartment again.

I was lucky to be able to book this vacation apartment at short notice and was absolutely thrilled, just like during my last visit there 8 years ago. The furnishings are new and of high quality. You just have to step out the front door and you are practically already at the beach. The handling and key transfer worked flawlessly, and I am really very satisfied with my vacation at Villa Krabbe in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. But now two small suggestions for improvement: the number of Wi-Fi codes should be adjusted to the number of residents, and unfortunately, one function of our sink did not work properly, which can easily be fixed. Finally, once again, a big compliment to the friendly NORDIC GmbH team!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The shower cabin was not so nice. The shower holder was loose and had seen better days. It should be renewed at some point. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!!!!!!!!!! We would love to come back :)))) From us, there is a very clear top !!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Accommodation and service were great. Unfortunately, there is a lack of dishes for the new dishwasher.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Hello, we have always stayed in the front house for the past years and for the first time this year in apartment 9. As always, the location is great and we find the furnishings completely sufficient. The only complaint was the mattresses of the beds, very soft. We slept better on the mattresses of the "folding beds" in previous years. The price-performance ratio is right and we are always happy to return. Best regards, the Schlösser family.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

There could be a few more leisure activities for seniors in the area.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The equipment in the kitchen area is good to moderate; there could be more dishes and cutlery for the large dishwasher. The wet cell is also moderate. However, customer service is very good.

Beautiful apartment

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have now spent the Christmas holidays in Boltenhagen for the umpteenth time, always in the same house, and we are once again thrilled. The vacation apartment, the surroundings, and the proximity to the beach are fantastic. We will come back!!!

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The size and amenities are also completely sufficient. Everything is very clean, and the balcony facing the sea is great. The short walk to the beach is of course the highlight; in 3 minutes, you are right by the sea. We would book this apartment again anytime.

Unequivocal recommendation

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

It is a very good location, quickly at the beach. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and tidy.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Everything was great, we really liked the apartment, the staff was super nice, the view of the sea was incredibly beautiful, the path to the beach is amazing, it is really very, very nice, everything was clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable, we will come back next year. Best regards, the Lorke family.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

It was everything we wished for. We would gladly come back :-)

3,5 3.5 3.5 3.5 3.5 3.5

We were dissatisfied with the cleaning of the apartment upon arrival, as the surfaces on the nightstands, the living room table, and the microwave showed glass rings and dust at first glance, and unfortunately, the bathroom floor was dirty (smudge/dust film). The stairwell was sandy. This was then forgotten after rectification on July 14, 2019, and July 15, 2019 (stairwell). Additionally, we received a replacement for the rusted balcony chair, as the craftsman came on July 16. 19 had a chair in the car. The following days were wonderful and we liked the apartment. There could have been champagne and wine glasses available, but we managed to help ourselves. ;-) (After all, this is not our home)

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We are here for the third time and have already booked for next year. That says it all.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been here many times and are happy to come back. Everything just fits, and the staff is always friendly, even on hot days; especially during the peak season, they keep a cool head. 5 stars +

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We had a great vacation in this holiday apartment. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a successful vacation. The view of the Baltic Sea completes it all. We would come back anytime and spend our vacation in this apartment.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Can only recommend, we will come again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment is simply great. Everything is clean and intact. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The accommodation and facilities are great; work has been done on the issues of TV reception and Wi-Fi, resulting in significant improvement, although the repeated login after a surfing break is annoying because the login page of hotsplots is difficult to capture. In all apartments of the extension (8-14), dining tables the size of apartment 9 should be provided, as a larger table allows for better working and eating. The service staff were competent, helpful, and friendly. From my perspective, there is no reason not to book again. Unfortunately, after the modernization, staying with a dog in properties 1, 4, 5, and 7 is no longer allowed, where I also felt very comfortable. But I understand the decision, even though my dog is a lovely dog.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We are "repeat offenders" :-))) We can and want to say nothing else but that it is the perfect place for relaxation, rest, and recovery for us. We felt very, very comfortable again this year. And: We will come back next year!!!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have now been to this facility for the third time. The rooms are practically furnished but still nice. The mattresses could maybe be replaced soon. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The proximity to the beach is simply great, and from room 9 you can even see the Baltic Sea. We really enjoyed it and felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

We have already spent very nice vacation days in Boltenhagen for the fourth time.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A great apartment, perfect location - we will always come back!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment has everything necessary for a vacation. The location is ideal for short distances to the beach. We felt very comfortable.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location is unbeatable, but it's expensive and the departure at 10 AM is very early, so you lose a whole day of vacation.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We will come again.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful room with a sea view, but the refrigerator is too loud and the mattresses are very soft.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Was very beautiful

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Tastefully furnished. Good location - The numbers at the beach accesses are helpful. There is a lot to reach on foot, e.g., shopping. Public transport is included in the spa card.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have already been to this house 5 times... we have always been very satisfied. We were greeted warmly - the location is top (only a few steps to the beach) - the furnishings of the apartment are completely sufficient. We have already booked for 2023.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Super location, everything is fine!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were, as always, very satisfied and have already booked for next year again. The apartments are top clean and the staff is very friendly. We have now been to the Krabbe for the 3rd year and would love to come back. The location is perfect and we also don’t want to miss the dog beach in Tarnewitz... it is simply a dream.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We had a wonderful, beautiful 5 days at this accommodation. Near the sea and the apartment was very clean. Everything you need is available. Everything around was also clean, despite the leaves falling from the trees. There is a small shed for bikes. Personally, I would rearrange the furniture to have a bit more space to move. We felt very comfortable and have already booked another vacation for next year.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Super beautiful, great view directly onto the Baltic Sea. Everything you need is there, everything is taken care of. The service staff are very helpful and friendly. If you need assistance, the team is there for you immediately. Wi-Fi, TV, everything is there. It was very nice; we would love to come back. Family Krause/Lorke.

Strandvilla Krabbe Apartment 09 is, like all the other apartments, very clean, functional, and modernly furnished. It has everything you need. It is quiet in the house, and the location is great, right by the beach. You can easily reach the town center with a walk along the beach promenade, and a grocery store is in the immediate vicinity. We have been there with children for the third time and will book again. The parking spaces are a bit tight for large cars.
