With around 80m², it offers enough space for up to 6 people and a small child.
A completely fenced garden with sunbathing lawn and terrace with sufficient garden furniture with cushions is available for the holiday guests.
A lockable bicycle room can be used with pleasure.
A private parking space is available directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the modern holiday home development behind the dyke at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach, dog beach, agility park and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre are within easy walking distance.
Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat hikers and is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort belonging to the Do rnum dominion. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
For guests with dogs, a specially designated dog beach with a large dog playground is offered as a "fun agility park".
