The Tommy holiday home is lovingly furnished and has a large terrace with a view of the lake. The location on sun terrace 12 brings the early morning sun and also the evening sun.
The house has 2 floors and has a utility room with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and large icebox. A charcoal barbecue and patio furniture are provided.
The cosy 3 bedrooms and the large living room are each equipped with TV's. The beautiful sauna and the fireplace in the living room ensure a relaxing holiday even on cold days. Firewood and kindling are provided and all included in the price. There are 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. The south-facing terrace is fully fenced and gives you an undisturbed holiday.

The house is located at the Waldsee Rieden. This is surrounded by beautiful forest, which invites you to go for walks and hikes.
The area is known for its beautiful dream paths, which are very popular with hikers and nature lovers.
Rieden and the Waldsee lake are very idyllically situated in a valley. From there you can reach many small towns, such as Mayen, Monreal and Mendig for shopping and strolling. The city of Koblenz is also less than 30 minutes away. Day trips to the Rhine & Moselle are popular with many visitors. Castles & fortresses are among the special sights of this region, as are volcanic craters with their maars.
The Nürburgring & the Maria Laach monastery with the famous Laacher See lake are among the places you should have seen when you are there.
