Also in autumn and winter, when you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room for romantic hours.
The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living room (sofa bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The flat has an elegant shower room with floor-level shower, large mirror, towel warmer, hairdryer, and a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
1. The contractually agreed services and prices are based on descriptions available to the public (homepage) and on the information in the booking confirmation. 2. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the tenant is required to make a deposit of 20% of the total price within 10 days from the date of the booking confirmation. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. The remaining payment is due 28 days before arrival without further reminder, whereby the date of receipt of payment by the landlord is decisive. For reservations made less than 28 days before the start of the trip, the entire rental price and the prices for any agreed additional services are due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation and must be made without delay by bank transfer. 3. If the deposit or the final payment is not received on time or if they are returned, this entitles the landlord to withdraw from the contract. Non-payment in this regard also counts as a cancellation by the tenant and entitles the landlord to re-let the property. In this case, the landlord will charge cancellation fees according to section III.2. Cancellation fees are always due immediately. III. Withdrawal: 1. A withdrawal (cancellation) must be made in writing to the landlord. The date of receipt at Ostseetraum Holiday Apartments GbR is the only relevant date (date stamp of receipt). 2. Withdrawal (cancellation) is only possible until the day of departure. In the event of a withdrawal, the following damages shall be applicable: - up to 2 months before arrival, a processing fee of €25.00; - from 59 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the confirmed rental price plus a processing fee of €25.00; - from 35 days before the start of the rental, 80% of the agreed rental price plus a processing fee of €25.00; The date of receipt of the withdrawal notice is always relevant. Already paid amounts will be offset. Notwithstanding the flat-rate withdrawal/cancellation fees, the tenant retains the right to prove lesser damages. 7. Very high praise
This flat is above average, we are very grateful that we could spend such a nice holiday. Very nice, modern, high quality furnishings. Comfortably furnished. Balcony with balcony furniture and beach chair. The location of the balcony is so perfect that, despite the neighbouring villa, you still have plenty of privacy, a wonderful view of the dyke and the sound of the waves in your ear.
The beach is only a few metres away. Wifi was also available. The parking space in the underground garage was a bit narrow, but free of charge. The gas fireplace was a dream. Location anyway TOP!!!!

We are INSPIRED
The booking was uncomplicated, the property description very accurate and the handover of the keys well organised. The contact with the landlady was very nice. The service staff was dedicated and very friendly. The flat was in perfect condition, tastefully furnished, the beds were good, the fireplace fantastic, restaurant and ice cream parlour just around the corner, fresh bread rolls 2 villas away, the proximity to the beach was awesome. We wanted for nothing. In short, we were ENRAGED!!!
