Our luxury villa wants to impress you with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna & a year-round 38-degree outdoor whirlpool, and a fenced garden.
The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Be it the large living area with open kitchen and access to the garden or the dining area with all the trimmings.
Lying casually on the sofa, you can completely relax with music or Sky TV and a gas fireplace. The 3 bedrooms also all have flat-screen TVs and are each furnished with box-spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm.
The bathrooms offer modern washbasins and rain dance showers. The large bathroom additionally features a bathtub and a sauna. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
The year-round heated outdoor whirlpool with 38-degree water temperature and hydromassage jets is just one of many highlights. In the combination of sauna, gas fireplace, and whirlpool, your heart will soar.
Directly adjacent to the parking spaces at the house, there is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles.
The garden is fenced, so dogs or small children can also play outside unsupervised.
In bad weather, we entertain you in the house with a collection of games, literature for adults and children, and DVDs
also for adults and children.
Additional beds can be booked. For the little guests there is a high chair and a crib. Anyone who would like to wash their laundry during their stay has a washing machine with dryer at their disposal.

Villa Fleesenglück is located about 100 m on foot from Lake Fleesensee. The nature is unique and invites you to go hiking, cycling, play golf and tennis, as well as enjoy all kinds of water sports. With the forests, lakes, and meadows, this area simply has everything to "let your soul dangle." It is an ideal place to spend an unforgettable time with family and friends. In a short time you can reach wonderful destinations and places in the area by car, such as the national park, the bear forest, the monkey forest, or the bison enclosure. Boat tours start directly at the harbor of Untergöhren, just a few meters from the house. The well-kept beach offers everything, such as Play areas for children, space for dogs with their own dog beach, as well as culinary delights.
Very good motorway connection at approx. 5 km. A19 towards Rostock and Berlin and later A24 towards Hamburg.

Our exclusive house is located in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the beautiful town of Göhren-Lebbin, in the "Land Fleesensee" between Berlin, Rostock and Hamburg. The privileged location only 100 m away from the lake makes every heart beat faster, therefore our villa with lake view is perfectly situated and embedded in beautiful nature. Enjoy the nature of Mecklenburg, the wonderful tranquillity in a beautiful landscape, top-class golf courses and a wide range of leisure and sports facilities. Furthermore, the town of Waren on Germany's largest inland lake, the Müritz, is a short distance away. You can reach the town by boat via the Fleesensee and Kölpinsee lakes, by bike (bike rental on site) or by car. The Müritz National Park, the Barlach town of Güstrow, the GDR Museum in Malchow, the Müritz Museum in Waren (the largest freshwater aquarium in Germany) are also interesting destinations for excursions in good or bad weather. A marketplace with shops and restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a launderette and an ATM are available in the village of Göhren-Lebbin.
By car, you can reach Göhren-Lebbin in only about 1 hour from Berlin and in about 2 hours from Hamburg; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is 65 km away. The historic old towns of Waren, Malchow, Röbel and Plau am See are destinations by bike or car. In 2000, Göhren-Lebbin became the holiday resort "Land Fleesensee", Northern Europe's largest leisure and recreation area with offers for all ages. There are designated jogging paths leading to the lake or through the woods, golfing on one of the three 18-hole golf courses, swimming in the lake with its beautiful sunbathing lawns, horseback riding, hiking, cycling on the extensive network of paths through the lake district, sailing, surfing, boat tours or simply relaxing and reading a book by the fireplace or on the terrace with its own garden area and brick barbecue. A thousand lakes surround the village and invite you to take part in activities. Numerous hiking trails, the fully developed network of cycle paths, boat hire, tennis, squash, bowling, go-kart hire and much more ensure that there is never a dull moment.
