My review has nothing to do with the cottage, but with Belvilla. I suddenly received a request to pay 250 euros for cleaning costs, which was only mentioned in the booking email as a deposit and not indicated anywhere else in the invoice. In the end, it had to be paid, otherwise there was a threat of canceling the booking. I will never book through Belvilla again because of this! The cottage itself had no complaints, but Belvilla does. Wanting to suddenly pay an extra 250 without it being mentioned anywhere is really outrageous.

We spent a weekend here with friends and it was exactly what we needed. The house is super spacious, and we loved the terrace for our evening barbecues. We also took a nice drive to the nearby nature reserve which was really worth it. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we wished the WiFi signal was a bit stronger. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Very surprised by the large house that is neatly and comfortably furnished. There is a large inventory available, which is very convenient. The large table and 8 seats on the sofa are very nice.
The bedrooms have nice, high and beautiful beds. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The 2 large bedrooms upstairs have no windows to the outside, which is a shame. We therefore found it (too) hot.
We used the linen package, clean bath towels (2x) and bath towel (1x) per person.
Outside is a large terrace with table, chairs and chair cushions. Wonderful, if the weather permits, to eat outside. There is no shortage of space both inside and outside.
There is only 1 (spacious) shower, which takes some organizing if you are with 8 people.
All in all, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful surroundings, with many walking and cycling opportunities. From the living room you have a view of the horse arena, which was great fun for the children. Netflix worked well, including in two of the four bedrooms that have TVs. There are two refrigerators and a kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need and more. We had a very nice time in this complete house.

The owner is very accessible, it is nice to have direct contact with the horses every time you step into the accommodation or when you sit at the table and see the horses walking in the arena. The children enjoyed riding the ponies on a walk. Definitely recommended for those who love peace and horses!

We have been to the Nijhuis inheritance with our family. It was a beautiful apartment. The rooms are large and the beds are wonderful and very very good. Everything is super clean complete and very neatly finished. From the dining table you look straight into the riding arena of the stable. Our daughters loved this. We also rode horses several times and our daughters became very involved with the ponies and horses. Very friendly people and immediately help and answer to questions. Highly recommended where we would like to come back.

On the table was a bag with some coffee pods and a variety of tea bags.
The accommodation is spacious and tidy, good beds and facilities such as a washing and drying machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, even a sandwich maker, etc.
Nice big bathroom and good beds.
The owner is a friendly gentleman, is easily accessible and easy to deal with.
The apartment has a beautiful location, and despite being on a farm, you as a guest still have a lot of privacy.
The riding school is a fantastic addition, our children enjoyed horseback riding, and the owner is patient and good with children.
A lesson was arranged in no time, even on the day of departure, a quick lesson was given to our daughter, which she liked very much. Lessons are reasonably priced in my opinion.
All in all, highly recommended for a decent price.

House is in very good condition and offers all comfort, also for longer stays. Receive a friendly welcome and everything is immediately ready to start your holiday. The big advantage is that the cottage is located in part of the riding school, you can hardly be closer to the horses. Were there with 3 children who had a fantastic weekend. Both days can be horseback riding under expert guidance. Conclusion: for holiday children who love horses, this is highly recommended.

A midweek to enjoy this beautiful stay.
Upon arrival, the key was ready and it was immediately apparent that the apartment was clean.
On the table was a bag with some coffee pods and a variety of tea bags.
The accommodation is spacious and tidy, good beds and facilities such as a washing and drying machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, even a sandwich maker, etc.
Nice big bathroom and good beds.
The owner is a friendly gentleman, is easily accessible and easy to deal with.
The apartment has a beautiful location, and despite being on a farm, you as a guest still have a lot of privacy.
The riding school is a fantastic addition, our children enjoyed horseback riding, and the owner is patient and good with children.
A lesson was arranged in no time, even on the day of departure, a quick lesson was given to our daughter, which she liked very much. Lessons are reasonably priced in my opinion.
All in all, highly recommended for a decent price.

Very nice luxury holiday home! Everything was neat and clean. Our grandchildren also enjoyed the horse ride. This was very nicely supervised! Highly recommended! Only downside was the noise from the fairly busy road in front of the house if you sat there on the terrace.

Stayed in the house of erfe nijhuis this weekend, very good experience. House is fully equipped, all modern equipment you could need is present and clean. House is in very good condition and offers all comfort, also for longer stays. Receive a friendly welcome and everything is immediately ready to start your holiday. The big advantage is that the cottage is located in part of the riding school, you can hardly be closer to the horses. Were there with 3 children who had a fantastic weekend. Both days can be horseback riding under expert guidance. Conclusion: for holiday children who love horses, this is highly recommended.

Were received very kindly showed everything immediately. Everything was new and looked perfect uit.De beds were also delicious. Was quite hot in the house and certainly in the bedrooms.

We have been to the Nijhuis inheritance with our family. It was a beautiful apartment. The rooms are large and the beds are wonderful and very very good. Everything is super clean complete and very neatly finished. From the dining table you look straight into the riding arena of the stable. Our daughters loved this. We also rode horses several times and our daughters became very involved with the ponies and horses. Very friendly people and immediately help and answer to questions. Highly recommended where we would like to come back.

We had a nice stay in this quiet location. The owner is very accessible, it is nice to have direct contact with the horses every time you step into the accommodation or when you sit at the table and see the horses walking in the arena. The children enjoyed riding the ponies on a walk. Definitely recommended for those who love peace and horses!
